  • Publication number: 20060204938
Abstract: The system assesses problem behaviors and identifies those behaviors to be targeted through the use of an interview process that generates a behavior rating report. Through a parenting style interview, the system provides parents with issues that may influence their parenting skills, and helps the parents discover the strengths and weaknesses of their particular parenting style. A unique plan for each child is then developed to minimize problem behavior by changing the parents' response to the behaviors. This teaches the child that good decisions lead to positive consequences and higher self-esteem. A behavior chart is created and used to track the child's problem behavior. After a period of time, one week, the parent returns to develop a consequence system to improve behavior of the child. The child's baseline behavior is calculated, which will be used to measure progress. Specific consequences are determined that will be used to motivate the child to change his or her behavior.

  • Publication number: 20060147830
Abstract: Toner particles having at least one toner resin and at least one polyalkylene wax or a wax having a percent crystallinity of 80% or more are described. The wax that is present in the toner particles has a polydispersity of 2.0 or higher or a percent crystallinity of 80% or more, and also preferably has a number average molecular weight of about 2,000 or higher and/or a melting temperature onset of from about 115° C. to about 130° C. • Publication number: 20050048335
Abstract: An apparatus and accompanying method for controlling a fuel cell power system having a fuel cell stack with a connected energy storage medium. A voltage monitoring circuit is connected to the individual fuel cells forming a fuel cell stack. A regulating circuit receives signals from the voltage monitoring circuit and outputs a control signal to a DC-DC converter connected between the fuel cell stack and an output bus and energy storage medium. The regulating circuit controls the DC-DC converter voltage output to a maximum power that the fuel cell stack can provide.

  • Patent number: 4098418
Abstract: A safety closure is provided for a container which container has a continuous upwardly extending neck and a continuous radially outwardly extending flange spaced from the outer edge of said neck. The closure is provided with a portion for seating against the inside of the neck and has a flared skirt which terminates either within or substantially even with the outer edge of the flange. The skirt is made of a pliable material and is reinforced against the neck of the container except for two closely spaced segments of the skirt. The spacing between the segments is supported against the neck of the container so that depressing the two segments will bulge the skirt between the segments outward beyond the confines of the flange whereby upward pressure below the bulged portion will strip the closure from the container.
