  • Publication number: 20250255291
Abstract: A needle injector used in the Landscape Services to inject the soil getting to the root of a plant [FIG. 1 #1] with the purpose of killing the plant with herbicide flowing through the needle and out the holes [FIG. 1 #4]. Typical weed control is done by pulling the weeds with a tool or by hand, not very effective as weeds grow back when pulled, there is always some root left behind to regrow. This invention kills the weed at the root and it dies and disintegrates on its own. It is an easily used device by connecting it to a garden pump sprayer or similar device [FIG. 2 #5 and 6] and using pressure to drive the herbicide into the root. It is 6? long. {FIG 1. number 3} to get the deep roots. It can be used with fertilizers as well, getting near or on the roots.

  • Patent number: 12168310
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein include dissolvable and intentionally degradable objects that are useful for hydraulic fracking operations. Such objects are at least in part manufactured using materials that are soluble in certain fluids including water. The dissolvable and intentionally degradable fracking objects can be manufactured from one or more materials, including composite materials. In one embodiment, dissolvable fracking objects are manufactured from ceramic materials that are soluble in fluids such as water. Such dissolvable fracking objects include fracking balls and plugs. These fracking balls and plugs are arranged to seal a well for a predetermined period of time and dissolve over that predetermined period of time until the well is no longer sealed. In another embodiment, tools generally useful in fracking operations are manufactured to have desirable elastomeric properties.

  • Publication number: 20240407954
Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods for providing negative pressure therapy are described. The system includes a dressing configured to be positioned adjacent to a tissue site, and a therapy unit. The therapy unit includes a pump module and a forced air module. The pump module includes a piezoelectric pump sealed between a pump casing, and a lid. The forced air module includes a forced air device configured to generate a fluid flow and a pathway enclosure configured to form a fluid path across the lid. The system further includes a canister with a pathway connection and an airflow pathway extending through the canister. The airflow pathway is lined with an evaporative membrane configured to allow evaporated fluids in the canister to escape to ambient air. The forced air module directs the fluid flow into the canister through the pathway connection and over the evaporative membrane to maximize fluid evaporation.

  • Publication number: 20240083816
Abstract: The present invention is a ceramic sol-gel coating system. A sol-gel solution is applied to a tilled roadbed. The roadbed is formed, then a cross-linker is applied. The roadbed is then rolled. The sol-gel solution and cross-linker react to form a ceramic sol-gel coating around the road aggregate. The coating reacts with carbon dioxide in the air to form calcium carbonate rock, capturing the carbon dioxide directly from the air.
