  • Publication number: 20250303498
Abstract: A separating-joining device to sort out a defective component from components arranged in a row on a support body. A thermal cutting unit thermally separates the support body. At least one welding unit thermally joins the support body. A cutting control unit being designed to automatically control the thermal cutting unit such that the support body is thermally separated at at least two ascertainable cutting interfaces of the support body via a beam of the cutting unit. At least one conveyor unit for arranging the two cutting interfaces of the two remaining parts of the support body next to each other in order to form a joining interface. A welding control unit to automatically control the welding unit such that the two remaining parts of the support body are joined at the joining interface via a beam of the welding unit.

  • Patent number: 11161386
Abstract: A switchable stabilizer assembly of a vehicle, in particular for roll stabilization. The stabilizer assembly includes a first stabilizer half and a second stabilizer half, both coupled to a wheel of the vehicle, where the first and second stabilizer halves are coupled rotatably relative to each other about their longitudinal axis by a hydraulic actuator. The actuator has at least two working chambers filled with a hydraulic medium and has at least one fluid-conducting connection of variable flow cross section between the at least two working chambers. The working chambers are not elastically deformable. Instead, a spring element is arranged in the at least two working chambers and/or in at least two further working chambers of the actuator and is supported between a rotor and a stator of the actuator. The flow cross section of the fluid-conducting connection can be varied depending on the vibration frequency of the stabilizer assembly.

  • Patent number: 9227499
Abstract: The subject invention provides for a weatherstrip assembly for sealing between a frame and a closure member of a vehicle. The assembly includes a trim portion having a body and a flange extending from the body. The flange is capable of moving between an initial position and a final position. A seal extends from the body for abutting and sealing the closure member. An adhesive is disposed on the body for coupling the trim portion to the frame. The adhesive is disposed opposite the seal such that the seal extends away from the adhesive. A retaining member is selectively mounted to the flange and spaced from the adhesive for selectively engaging the frame to selectively hold the flange in the initial position relative to the frame. The retaining member is removed from the flange while concurrently moving the flange toward the final position.
