  • Patent number: 12064388
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for end effectors having an aperture are disclosed. An end effector may be driven by a reciprocating driver that drives the end effector in a reciprocating manner. The end effector may have an aperture therethrough and may be formed from a flexible high rebound material. When driven, the end effector may transfer energy from the reciprocating driver to a target treatment area on a recipient for therapeutic purposes. Energy may pass from the reciprocating driver and be temporarily stored within the end effector before being released and imparted to the target treatment area. The end effector may contract about the aperture and rebound to deliver the energy.

  • Publication number: 20240227599
Abstract: A charging assembly is provided including a charging head positioned to selectively engage a charging contact of a vehicle, an actuator that may drive an upper arm, and a passive linkage that is passively extendable and retractable in length. The passive linkage may include a stop to limit movement of the passive linkage. The passive linkage may be passively driven by the upper arm and the actuator. A lower arm may be coupled to the upper arm, the passive linkage, and the charging head. The passive linkage may engage the stop to allow a torque from the actuator to move the charging head in a substantially vertical direction while the charging head is not engaging the vehicle. The passive linkage may move away from the stop such that the torque on the lower arm moves the charging head in a substantially horizontal direction while the charging head engages the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20240015062
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for reducing or mitigation alert fatigue from real-time alerts in cyber-physical systems or other types of edge computing systems are provided. In one or more examples, the edge computing system monitor can look for one or more patterns within received data that can indicate malicious activity or other conditions that may warrant a real-time or near-real time response from the operator. In one or more examples, a detection of any of the specified patterns in the streaming data can trigger an alert to the operator of the edge computing system. In one or more examples, the alerts can be suppressed until the number of alerts associated with a particular pattern crosses a pre-determined threshold. Additionally or alternatively, alerts can be suppressed based on a duration that the alerts have been generated. The suppression of alerts can be configured to reduce operator alert fatigue.
