  • Publication number: 20040033742
Abstract: A fluoropolymer compound plate comprises a fluoropolymer sheet; and a medium welded with a net having a low expansion coefficient; then the fluoropolymer sheet combined with the net through welding operation so as to be formed as a fluoropolymer compound plate. The medium is a welding film. Another surface of the net not welded to the fluoropolymer sheet is welded with a piece of fabric cloth through another medium for being combined with another material.

  • Publication number: 20030168759
Abstract: A method for manufacturing a fluoropolymer compound plate comprises the steps of: combining a fluoropolymer sheet and a medium plate as a fluoropolymer compound plate; transferring the fluoropolymer compound plate to a preheat section for being heated uniformly in a lower tension, transferring the fluoropolymer compound plate to a melting section for heating the fluoropolymer sheet of the fluoropolymer compound plate; transferring the fluoropolymer compound plate to a pressing section by rollers; and compressing and annealing the fluoropolymer compound plate. A device for performing the method comprises a plurality of tension adjusting axial seats; a plurality of roller; a pair of first guide wheels; an upper and a lower layer radiating heater; a third guide wheel set; an upper and a lower layer high temperature radiating heater; a guiding roller; a shaping heater; a plurality of temperature controller roller sets and a product winding wheel.

  • Patent number: 5727174
Abstract: A graphical user interface for a computer system that includes one or more intelligent assistants. The interface includes composite icons comprising a graphical representation of a human figure, a representation of a desk, and a mini-icon that associates an assistant with the object it supports. The assistant's desk can be opened to show its contents and the human figure can move from its position next to the desk to a position on the computer display screen next to a suggestions dialog box that displays suggested actions to the user.

  • Patent number: 5428729
Abstract: A data processing system supports preparation of a software application by coordinating the efforts of a metaprogrammer and a plurality of system users responsible to the metaprogrammer. The data processing system includes a plurality of workstations, each having a display and a user input device. Each of the workstations is connected to shared memory for access to data objects stored therein. One data object is a blank project container which includes a plurality of subject objects relating to phases in a product life for a software application. The metaprogrammer is authorized to replicate a blank project container to provide a project specified container available in shared memory to system users selected to work on a particular software application. The project specific container includes a plurality of subject objects relating to phases in a product life for the software application package. Data objects are stored in memory categorized within subject objects of the project container.

  • Patent number: 5203469
Abstract: A tool box including a body having two side surfaces, a depression, a slot and a groove formed in one end of each of the side surfaces, the slot inclined from the depression to a middle and upper portion of the body, the groove extended vertically from the depression to the bottom portion of the body, and a cover including a pair of flanges each having a stub formed integral on one end for engagement with the depressions of the body, whereby, the stubs are slidable along either the slots or the grooves.

  • Patent number: 4915237
Abstract: A comprehensive container inspection system includes axial container examining features, side wall inspection features and a controllable diverter for routing the containers to one of at least two sorting paths. Each stage of the inspection system is adapted to process moving containers, a continuous line of moving containers being processed and controllably diverted without stoppages. In an axial inspection area, containers are carried through rim, energy absorption and base inspection areas by means of side rollers bridging a gap in endless belt conveyor sections. In a side wall inspection area, containers are continuously rolled before a video detector operable to record and analyze images including at least three of the rolling bottles.

  • Patent number: 4914289
Abstract: An article inspection system especially useful for containers having threaded ends includes a video camera, digitizer and data processor operable to analyze a video image collected through a lens system. The lens system has several alternatives, in each case including a wide aspect object lens, wider than the end of the article being inspected, with a refracting and/or reflecting light ray path operable to produce a two dimensional image including both the end of the article and the sides of the article adjacent the end. The optics produce a distorted image in which the sides of the article appear folded upwardly into the two dimensional image such that a two dimensional data array adequately represents the image of the end and the adjacent sides.

  • Patent number: 4750035
Abstract: A video inspection system with collimated viewing of plural containers has a conveyor for continuously transporting bodies disposed immediately adjacent one another to an inspection zone at which the bodies are backlighted. A video detector for capturing and analyzing a digital image of successive containers views the containers through a preferably fresnel collimating lens disposed between the bodies and the video detector, whereby an elevation view of the bodies is achieved. A data processing device operable to correlate the portions of successive images corresponding to a single body proceeding through the inspection zone analyzes the images and operates a downstream apparatus for segregating the bodies based upon visible features.

  • Patent number: 4731649
Abstract: An illumination system for video inspection of transparent and translucent bodies to be inspected sequentially while moving along a conveying path has a light source and light-transmitting block partly enclosing over the end of the bodies moving on the path. A light source, especially one or more strobe lamps is located along the conveying path, and light from the source is directed inwardly by the block to a diffuse surface defining side walls of a channel through which rims move along the conveying path. The diffuse side walls direct light inwardly and obliquely of the rim. The rim can be illuminated on the fore and aft sides in the channel by light emission from an additional block of material forming a connection web between the inwardly-reflective blocks, tending to evenly illuminate the rim.
