    Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device structure comprises forming a stack structure comprising stacked tiers. Each of the stacked tiers comprises a first structure comprising a first material and a second structure comprising a second, different material longitudinally adjacent the first structure. A patterned hard mask structure is formed over the stack structure. Dielectric structures are formed within openings in the patterned hard mask structure. A photoresist structure is formed over the dielectric structures and the patterned hard mask structure. The photoresist structure, the dielectric structures, and the stack structure are subjected to a series of material removal processes to form apertures extending to different depths within the stack structure. Dielectric structures are formed over side surfaces of the stack structure within the apertures. Conductive contact structures are formed to longitudinally extend to bottoms of the apertures.

    Abstract: Systems and methods of using the same for functional fluorescence imaging of live cells in suspension with isotropic three dimensional (3D) diffraction-limited spatial resolution are disclosed. The method-live cell computed tomography (LCCT)-involves the acquisition of a series of two dimensional (2D) pseudo-projection images from different perspectives of the cell that rotates around an axis that is perpendicular to the optical axis of the imaging system. The volumetric image of the cell is then tomographically reconstructed.

The backscatter tailored optical fiber comprises a single mode fiber with an array of fiber Bragg gratings written to produce a predetermined distribution of backscatter signal in intensity and spectral content in response to a pulse propagating along the array. The fiber optic pulsed polarimeter includes a directional coupler that diverts the backscatter from the backscatter-tailored optical fiber to a polarization detection system for determining the polarization state of the backscatter as the polarized light pulse transits the backscatter-tailored optical fiber.

    Abstract: A fifth wheel trailer lock for preventing a fifth wheel release handle from being operated to unlock a fifth wheel of a load hauler from a load supported by the fifth wheel. The fifth wheel trailer lock generally includes a handle mount that mounts on and releasably locks to a fifth wheel release handle in a predetermined orientation, a lock extension that extends outwardly from the handle mount into proximity with a stationary structure of the fifth wheel, and a fifth wheel catch on the lock extension adapted to engage the stationary structure of the fifth wheel when an attempt is made to operate the release handle. The engagement of the stationary structure of the fifth wheel by the fifth wheel catch prevents the release handle from being operated to unlock the fifth wheel from the supported load.
