  • Publication number: 20230007053
Abstract: A User Equipment (UE) including a wireless transceiver and a controller is provided. The wireless transceiver performs wireless transmission and reception to and from a mobile communication network. The controller determines whether the mobile communication network supports IMS services. The controller establishes a Packet Data Network (PDN) connection or a Protocol Data Unit (PDU) session with the mobile communication network for the IMS services via the wireless transceiver in response to the mobile communication network supporting the IMS services. The controller sends application data on the PDN connection or PDU session via the wireless transceiver.

  • Publication number: 20230007334
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for relocating an overlay overlapping information in content. The systems and methods may comprise receiving a content item, the content item comprising a video image, and determining a first screen position of an information box (e.g., a score box) in the video image. Determining may be performed with image analysis and/or a machine learning model. The system receives an overlay image (e.g., a channel logo) with a second screen position and determines if the second screen position (e.g., for the logo) overlaps the first screen position (e.g., for the score). In response to determining the second screen position (e.g., of the logo) overlaps the first screen position (e.g., the score), the system modifies the second screen position (e.g., for the logo). Then the system generates for display the overlay image on the video in the modified screen position. The system may not relocate the overlay if the overlay is a high priority.

  • Publication number: 20230002891
Abstract: Forming a protective coating ex situ in an atomic layer deposition process to coat one or more chamber components subsequently installed in a reaction chamber provides a number of benefits over more conventional coating methods such as in situ deposition of an undercoat. In certain cases the protective coating may have a particular composition such as aluminum oxide, aluminum fluoride, aluminum nitride, yttrium oxide, and/or yttrium fluoride. The protective coating may help reduce contamination on wafers processed using the coated chamber component. Further, the protective coating may act to stabilize the processing conditions within the reaction chamber, thereby achieving very stable/uniform processing results over the course of processing many batches of wafers, and minimizing radical loss. Also described are a number of techniques that may be used to restore the protective coating after the coated chamber component is used to process semiconductor wafers.

  • Publication number: 20230004370
Abstract: Some embodiments provide a novel method for deploying containerized applications. The method of some embodiments deploys a data collecting agent on a machine that operates on a host computer and executes a set of one or more workload applications. From this agent, the method receives data regarding consumption of a set of resources allocated to the machine by the set of workload applications. The method assesses excess capacity of the set of resources for use to execute a set of one or more containers, and then deploys the set of one or more containers on the machine to execute one or more containerized applications. In some embodiments, the set of workload applications are legacy workloads deployed on the machine before the installation of the data collecting agent. By deploying one or more containers on the machine, the method of some embodiments maximizes the usages of the machine, which was previously deployed to execute legacy non-containerized workloads.

  • Publication number: 20230007653
Abstract: Methods and systems include beamformed wireless communications to and from a user equipment electronic device. During operation of the user equipment electronic device, a change in slot aggregation is made. Using the aggregated slots, the user equipment electronic device and/or a wireless network utilize beam sweeps to determine a best beam pairing by repeating a shared channel in the aggregated slots with a beam sweep of multiple beams between the user equipment electronic device and the wireless network.

Abstract: Techniques for managing permissions to cloud-based resources with session-specific attributes are described. A first request to create a first session to permit access to resources of a provider network is received under an assumed role. The first request is permitted based on an evaluation of a rule associated with the role. Session data including a user-specified attribute included with the first request is generated. A second request to perform an action with a resource hosted by the provider network is received. The user-specified attribute is obtained from the session data based at least in part on the second request. • Patent number: 11544324
Abstract: Techniques for suggesting filters for query terms based on previously selected query results are disclosed. Common characteristics of previously selected query results are presented as a filter. A system trains a machine learning model by obtaining historical data including query characteristics and selected query results. Based on the historical data, the system trains the machine learning model to associate the first filter field with the first search term. The system receives a first query for execution. The system applies the machine learning model to the first query to identify the first filter field as a suggestion. The system: recommends the first field for filtering a first set of search results corresponding to the first query. Responsive to receiving user input selecting a first value for the first filter field, the system filters using the first value to generate a set of filtered search results, and presents the filtered search results.

  • Patent number: 11544847
Abstract: Disclosed is a method for generating high resolution point cloud data for electro-anatomical mapping comprising receiving sparsely measured point cloud data having a plurality of data points. Surface mesh data comprising mesh points defining triangles on a myocardial surface is generated. The point cloud data is mapped to the surface mesh data. For each point of the surface mesh data that cannot be mapped to the point cloud data because there is a missing data point in point cloud data, an interpolation operation is performed based on the point cloud data within the neighbourhood of the point to generate a value for the missing data point. The interpolation operation is repeated N times. For every repetition, a difference between the value for the missing data point generated from the current iteration and the value for the missing data point generated from the immediately preceding iteration is compared, until the difference is below a threshold.
