  • Publication number: 20220398273
Abstract: The present technology pertains to a system for automatic analysis and segregation of documents. The system provides a graphical user interface for receiving inputs pertaining to a first document of a plurality of documents in a document analysis project. For example, the graphical user interfaces may receive a classification input classifying the first document with a first classification. The system automatically analyzes other documents in the plurality of documents to identify a subset of documents that are similar to the first document, and automatically classify the subset of the documents that are similar to the first document with the first classification. Further, the present technology pertains to conducting a patent analysis project by a team of analysts, including presenting a detailed analysis user interface for reviewing patent-related documents, where the detailed analysis user interface includes text of a first patent-related document to be analyzed and categories and related subcategories.

  • Publication number: 20220398790
Abstract: Glyph selection techniques are described for digital text content that enable selection of non-contiguous glyphs via input describing at least one path of any shape or form relative to the digital text content. A text selection system receives freeform drawing input defining a path and ascertains a selection scope for outputting a text selection relative to the path. The selection scope indicates whether the text selection is to include glyphs that intersect the path, glyphs displayed within an area enclosed by the path, glyphs displayed outside an area enclosed by the path, or combinations thereof. The text selection system is configured to identify a subset of glyphs for inclusion in the text selection, without constraint as to whether the subset of glyphs are contiguous in the digital text content, and output the subset of glyphs as a single selection of the digital text content.

  • Patent number: 11528336
Abstract: One or more computing devices, systems, and/or methods for monitoring levels of activity of client devices using a cluster of servers having a decentralized network architecture are provided, where over-counting, which may be caused by an uneven distribution of requests transmitted by the client devices to the cluster of servers, may be mitigated. For example, a request may be received by a first server, of the cluster of servers, from a client device. A first counter value associated with a level of activity of the client device may be incremented by a first number. One or more data packets may be transmitted to one or more servers of the cluster of servers. Each data packet of the one or more data packets may comprise an instruction to increment a counter value associated with the client device by a second number, which may be different than the first number.

  • Patent number: 11526588
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments relate to techniques for asserting the authenticity of digital content being communicated among client devices of a communication or computer system by configuring the digital content with one or more sensor responsive elements. The sensor responsive element may be a visual interface that dynamically reacts or responds to sensor data generated by one or more sensors (such as a gyroscope sensor, a microphone, and a camera) of a receiving client device. If the sensor responsive element does not dynamically react or respond to movement data, image data, or sound data generated by the one or more sensors, the digital content may fail user inspection and may indicate to the recipient that the digital content is a fake or a counterfeit.

  • Patent number: 11527237
Abstract: Techniques for recommending a skill experience to a user after a user-system dialog session has ended are described. Upon a dialog session ending, the system uses a first machine learning model to determine potential intents to recommend to a user. The system then uses a second machine learning model to determine a particular skill and intent to recommend. The system then prompts the user to accept the recommended skill and intent. If the user accepts, the system calls the recommended skill to execute. As part of calling the skill, the system sends to the skill at least one entity provided in a natural language user input of the ended dialog session. This enables the skill to skip welcome prompts, and initiate processing to output a response based on the intent and the at least one entity of the ended dialog session.
