  • Publication number: 20250062700
Abstract: A power controller comprises a control loop configured to control timing of pulsed signals that activate phases of a coupled inductor voltage regulator based on current demand of a load circuit and comprises a transient detection circuit configured to determine a projected current through a compensation inductor of the coupled inductor voltage regulator based on a state of the phases and operating parameters of the coupled inductor voltage regulator. The transient detection circuit is configured to detect a transient in the current demand of the load circuit based on a variability in phase-to-phase overlap of the pulsed signals. Responsive to detecting the transient, the transient detection circuit is configured to apply a correction to the control loop that alters the timing of the pulsed signals based on the projected current through the compensation inductor.

  • Patent number: 12229712
Abstract: Techniques for dividing a geographical area into districts are described herein. Geospatial vector data, barrier geospatial vector data, road infrastructure data, and historical delivery demand data for a geographical area may be obtained. A plurality of clusters from a stratified sampling of data points for the delivery demand data and barrier penalties from a barrier-aware road graph are generated. A first set of polygons for the plurality of clusters may be generated using a concave hull algorithm. A second set of polygons may be generated using a barrier constrained network Voronoi algorithm that uses the barrier-aware road graph and the first set of polygons as seeds. The second set of polygons may be modified using a bounded Voronoi algorithm that uses a raster cost allocation based on barrier penalties. Coordinates for each polygon of the modified second set of polygons are determined that divide the geographical area.

  • Patent number: 12227837
Abstract: Forming a protective coating ex situ in an atomic layer deposition process to coat one or more chamber components subsequently installed in a reaction chamber provides a number of benefits over more conventional coating methods such as in situ deposition of an undercoat. In certain cases the protective coating may have a particular composition such as aluminum oxide, aluminum fluoride, aluminum nitride, yttrium oxide, and/or yttrium fluoride. The protective coating may help reduce contamination on wafers processed using the coated chamber component. Further, the protective coating may act to stabilize the processing conditions within the reaction chamber, thereby achieving very stable/uniform processing results over the course of processing many batches of wafers, and minimizing radical loss. Also described are a number of techniques that may be used to restore the protective coating after the coated chamber component is used to process semiconductor wafers.

  • Patent number: 12229012
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for data management are described. A data management system (DMS) may determine to generate a backup instance of an application that includes multiple user accounts. The DMS may identify a time window for generation of the backup instance based on a set of backup parameters associated with the application. The DMS may calculate respective runtime durations for the user accounts based on respective quantities of data objects in the user accounts and respective backup job types associated with the data objects. The DMS may determine respective values of a semaphore parameter based on the respective runtime durations and the time window, where the semaphore parameter defines a threshold quantity of data objects to be processed in parallel. The DMS may generate the backup instance of the application based on processing the user accounts in accordance with the respective values of the semaphore parameter.

  • Patent number: 12229970
Abstract: In examples, when attempting to interpolate or extrapolate a frame based on motion vectors of two adjacent frames, there can be more than one pixel value mapped to a given location in the frame. To select between conflicting pixel values for the given location, similarities between the motion vectors of source pixels that cause the conflict and global flow may be evaluated. For example, a level of similarity for a motion vector may be computed using a similarity metric based at least on a difference between an angle of a global motion vector and an angle of the motion vector. The similarity metric may also be based at least on a difference between a magnitude of the global motion vector and a magnitude of the motion vector. The similarity metric may weigh the difference between the angles in proportion to the magnitude of the global motion vector.

  • Patent number: 12226284
Abstract: A mold includes a first section, a second section, and a weakened region that joins the first section to the second section. The weakened region is breakable, deflectable, or deformable in response to a first threshold force to enable the first section to be removed from a shell independently of the second section after the shell is formed over the mold. The first threshold force is less than a second threshold force that would damage or permanently deform the shell. The first section is a first mold of at least a portion of one or more first teeth of a dental arch and the second section is a second mold of at least a portion of one or more second teeth of the dental arch.
