  • Patent number: 11926322
Abstract: A hybrid deterministic override to cloud based probabilistic advanced driver assistance systems. Under default driving conditions, an ego vehicle is controlled by a probabilistic controller in a cloud. An overall gap between the ego vehicle and a leading vehicle is divided into an emergency collision gap and a driver specified gap. The vehicle sensors monitor the overall gap. When the gap between the ego vehicle and the leading vehicle is less than or equal to the emergency collision gap, a deterministic controller of the ego vehicle overrides the cloud based probabilistic controller to control the braking and acceleration of the ego vehicle.

Abstract: Facilitating elastic distributed computing for resource intensive tasks including split rendering in advanced networks is provided herein. Operations of a system include receiving information indicative of a request for split rendering for an application executing at a user equipment. The information is received via a session description protocol session. The operations can also include, based on the information indicative of the request, determining that an available computational resource capacity at the user equipment is insufficient to process the application executing at the user equipment. Further, the operations can include, based on the determining, enabling a first rendering of a first portion of the application at a first device and a second rendering of a second portion of the application at a second device different from the first device.

  • Publication number: 20240080686
Abstract: Mechanisms for estimating a ratio of indoor-to-outdoor traffic or user equipment distribution. A method is performed by a network node. The method includes obtaining, for a set of user equipment, radio signal measurements. The radio signal measurements have a probability distribution function. The method includes separating the probability distribution function into a set of clusters. Each cluster has its own individual probability distribution function. The method includes estimating the ratio of indoor-to-outdoor traffic or user equipment distribution by predicting, from the individual probability distribution functions of the clusters, which, if any, of the clusters represent indoor user equipment and which, if any, of the clusters represent outdoor user equipment. The method includes performing a network related action in accordance with the ratio of indoor-to-outdoor traffic or user equipment distribution.

  • Publication number: 20240078334
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for vaultless tokenization. Alphanumeric values may be determined based on numeric values generated from a hash of numeric user information shuffled through a plurality of randomly generated alphanumeric tables. The numeric user information and the alphanumeric values may be used to generate a table index. Shuffled numeric user information may be generated based on the table index and a plurality of randomly generated numeric tables, and transformed to alphanumeric user information (e.g., via format-preserving encryption, additive cipher, etc.). Each character of the alphanumeric user information may be shuffled through a different alphanumeric table of the plurality of alphanumeric tables identified for the character based on the table index. Moreover, an alphanumeric token may be generated based on the shuffled characters of the alphanumeric user information.

  • Publication number: 20240078495
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer media for determining compatible users through machine learning are provided herein. Previous interactions between some users in a group can be used to determine a first set of user-to-user compatibility scores. Both the first set of compatibility scores and attributes for the users in the group can be provided as inputs to a machine learning model that can be used to determine a second set of user-to-user compatibility scores for user pairs who do not have an interaction history. Along with input constraints, the first and second sets of user-to-user compatibility scores can be used to select compatible user groups.

  • Patent number: 11921884
Abstract: Described herein are a system and techniques for enabling user control over usage of their information by data consumers, even when untrusted parties are involved, while also preventing collusion between the untrusted party and a data consumer. A user's information may be collected by a client device and provided to a host server. An encrypted version of the user's information may be stored at the host server so that it is processed on a private enclave of the host server. When the data is to be provided to multiple data consumers, the data may be encrypted for each of the data consumers and may be released to each of those data consumers simultaneously once confirmation has been received that the data has been made available to each of the data consumers.

  • Publication number: 20240071532
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for fast and efficient verify recovery and array discharge for 3D NAND memory arrays and other 3D storage devices. The 3D storage device includes storage arrays including strings of memory cells stacked on top of one another and sharing a channel in a pillar for the string. The memory cells for a string occupy respective tiers in a 3D structure with each tier having an associated wordline. A controller is used to program charge levels in the memory cells. Programming is followed by a fast verify recovery where a voltage is applied to the wordlines to perform a program verify, followed by discharging wordlines. Erased wordlines are identified and discharged first, followed by programmed wordlines, which may employ staggered discharge sequences. Dummy wordlines are then discharged, with an optional timer delay. For multi-deck devices, wordlines in the deck with an active wordline are discharged before wordlines in one or more other decks.

  • Publication number: 20240073979
Abstract: Smart vehicle-to-everything (V2X) preemptive connections for emergency and/or potential accident scenarios. A V2X-enabled vehicle may determine a current route of the vehicle and high-risk areas through which the vehicle may travel (e.g., a hospital zone, high pedestrian traffic area, etc.). The vehicle may determine a distance (d) from a beginning of the high-risk area and begin establishing a V2X connection upon reaching the determined distance. The V2X-enabled vehicle may also, or alternatively, pre-emptively establish a V2X connection upon detecting an event initiative of an emergency, a hazardous situation, or a potential emergency. Examples of such events may include a sharp turn, a vehicle speed exceeding a speed threshold, a sudden acceleration or declaration, etc. A preemptive V2X connection may, for example, enable vehicles to begin communicating with one another faster in case of a threat, emergency, or unsafe conditions for vehicles in the area.

  • Patent number: 11914922
Abstract: In a teleconferencing method, a first media stream and a second media stream of a teleconference are received, by processing circuitry of a first device, from a second device. The first media stream includes first audio and the second media stream includes second audio. Default weight information is received from the second device. The default weight information indicates a first audio weight for weighting the first audio and a second audio weight for weighting the second audio. The first audio weight for weighting the first audio and the second audio weight for weighting the second audio are determined based on the default weight information. Mixed audio is generated, by the processing circuitry of the first device, by combining a weighted first audio based on the first audio weight applied to the first audio and a weighted second audio based on the second audio weight applied to the second audio.
