  • Patent number: 7793921
Abstract: A motion-restraint arrangement (48) with elongate lines of elements (10), wherein each line of elements (10) has a number of individual elements (12) which can be erected by spring elements (20) from a small-volume thin storage condition into a large-volume active condition. Each respective individual element (12) has flexible lateral edge elements (16, 18), which in the active condition define a parallelepiped. The spring elements (20) extend in spatially diagonal relationship between the corners (22) of the respective parallelepiped (14). A motion-restraint arrangement (48) which is easy and inexpensive to produce and which has optimum restraint properties is obtained in that the spatially diagonal spring elements (20) are formed by spring wires (24), which extend in a zigzag shape in the longitudinal direction of the respective line of elements (10).

  • Patent number: 7682415
Abstract: A device for intermediate storage of condensation water includes a swirl body which causes an inflowing air-water mixture to rotate, and a venturi tube through which the air-water mixture leaves the device. A ring groove in which water accumulates because of the swirl is arranged downstream of the swirl body, and water accumulated in the ring groove is sucked into the venturi tube via one more suction pipes. An expansion zone has an expanded cross-section and a step shaped interior for generating increased surface adhesion. Separating metal sheets in the expansion zone brake the swirl, bind the accumulated gushing water by adhesion forces, and guide it by capillary forces to the interior surface of the expansion zone. Gushing water accumulated at the ends of the separating metal sheets is drained by one or more suction pipes, into the venturi tube.

  • Patent number: 7375656
Abstract: A circuit configuration for a capacitive touch switch contains at least one sensor circuit with a capacitive sensor element which changes its capacitance value when touched, and an evaluation circuit which is supplied with an output signal from the sensor circuit in order to determine whether the capacitive sensor element is actuated or not. The at least one sensor circuit has a capacitance which is connected in parallel with the capacitive sensor element, and a capacitance/frequency converter which is connected to the parallel circuit containing the capacitance and the capacitive sensor element and generates, at its output, a frequency signal whose frequency depends on the total capacitance of the parallel circuit containing the capacitance and the capacitive sensor element. The evaluation circuit may thus use a significant change in the frequency of the output signal from the sensor circuit to deduce, in a simple manner, that the capacitive sensor element has been touched.

A ring groove in which water accumulates because of the swirl is arranged downstream of the swirl body, and water accumulated in the ring groove is sucked into the venturi tube via one more suction pipes.
