  • Patent number: 5573122
Abstract: A rigid golf club organizer assembly adapted for being carried individually or in pairs on the rear deck of a golf cart for carrying irons and wedges in a logical sequence and for carrying woods separate and apart from the irons and wedges is disclosed. In the illustrated example, the assembly includes five hollow tubes disposed next to one another in a first row and five additional hollow tubes disposed next to one another in a second row. The first and second rows of tubes are disposed at a right angle to one another and meet at an apex. Each of the tubes in both contain a notched upper end for holding the head of an iron or wedge therein and each tube is of a different height than all of the other tubes in the two rows and is adapted to loosely confine the shaft of a different iron or wedge of a golf club set therein. The two rows of tubes are reinforced by a pair of rectangularly shaped reinforcing members.
