    Abstract: Provided is a heart rate activity detecting method based on dynamic images. The method includes tracking a moving object. Preset brightness is determined based on an ambient condition. An image of the moving object is captured to generate a corresponding RGB color space, which is then converted to an image color space with adjustable brightness. The brightness of the image color space is adjusted according to the preset brightness to generate an image with corrected brightness, which is then converted to a RGB color space with the corrected brightness for calculating a heart rate activity of the moving object. The disclosure is capable of addressing the issue of an unstable light source by adjusting the brightness of the dynamic images, and then calculating the heart rate activity of the moving object according to the dynamic images. A heart rate activity detecting system based on dynamic images is also provided.

    Abstract: Provided is a heart rate activity detecting method based on dynamic images. The method includes tracking a moving object. Preset brightness is determined based on an ambient condition. An image of the moving object is captured to generate a corresponding RGB color space, which is then converted to an image color space with adjustable brightness. The brightness of the image color space is adjusted according to the preset brightness to generate an image with corrected brightness, which is then converted to a RGB color space with the corrected brightness for calculating a heart rate activity of the moving object. The disclosure is capable of addressing the issue of an unstable light source by adjusting the brightness of the dynamic images, and then calculating the heart rate activity of the moving object according to the dynamic images. A heart rate activity detecting system based on dynamic images is also provided.

The sensing module keeps recording an R-R interval of a user doing exercise. The computing module receives the R-R interval from the sensing module and performs heart rate variability analysis on the R-R interval to generate a first output. The converting module receives the first output from the calculating module, recognizes a threshold output of the first output according to a threshold and acquires an anaerobic threshold corresponding to the user according to the threshold output, wherein the anaerobic threshold corresponding to the user is a first heart rate corresponding to the threshold output in the R-R interval. The output module receives the anaerobic threshold from the converting module and outputs an exercise guidance of the user according to the anaerobic threshold.

    Abstract: An exercise bike and an operation method thereof are provided. In a test mode, a processing unit adjusts a resistance of a pedaling activity to be a plurality of pedaling resistances and obtains a plurality of psychological values respectively corresponding to the pedaling resistances by inquiring the user about a rate of perceived exertion. The processing unit calculates the psychological values to obtain a plurality of exercise intensities respectively corresponding to the pedaling resistances and further obtain a correspondence relationship between the exercise intensities and the pedaling resistances. After the test mode ends, the processing unit determines a recommended pedaling resistance according to the correspondence relationship. In a sport mode, the recommended pedaling resistance is provided to the user for performing the pedaling activity.

The switching unit is configured to selectively feed signals to the antennas through the connecting lines. The grounding layer serves as a reference of zero potential, and by setting the shape or size of the grounding layer and the distance from the grounding layer to the antennas, the grounding layer is further configured to restrain a transmitting direction of the electromagnetic waves transmitted by the antennas. The dielectric substrate is configured to allow the grounding layer to be printed thereon, and the dielectric substrate is further configured to allow the antennas, the switching unit and the connecting lines.
