Any two of the solder receiving holes adjacent to each other are provided with one inner supporting arm therebetween. Each of the solder receiving holes can receive a solder, so that the solder does not climb across the solder receiving holes of the one row along the predetermined direction.

    Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure are directed to retraining an ensemble machine learning model. The ensemble model can include a base model and an overlay model. The base model can be trained on an older dataset, validated, and manually verified. The overlay model can be trained on a newer dataset and automatically validated. A combination of base model predictions and overlay model predictions, with bias towards the base model predictions, can form ensemble model predictions. A model weight for optimizing the ensemble model can determine the bias, as well as indicate that the overlay model contributes too much or too little to the ensemble model.

    Abstract: Various embodiments of the present technology generally relate to multi-frequency satellite navigation receiver technology. More specifically, some embodiments relate to an inter-frequency signal aiding technique for multi-frequency signal tracking in a multi-frequency receiver. The present technology enables a satellite navigation receiver (such as GPS) to continue operation, or to have improved performance, in environments where signals on one or more frequency bands experience fading. Some embodiments can estimate parameters of signal channels that experience fading based on measurements obtained from all or other less compromised frequency bands in linear operation by the receiver. Some embodiments can optimally estimate carrier parameters of navigation signals with consideration of relative measurement qualities. These parameters are used to construct the local reference signals, maintain lock on the fading signals, and obtain accurate positioning solutions and remote sensing observations.

The compositions include a therapeutic agent (e.g., antimicrobial agent, antibiotic, or anesthetic agent), a permeation enhancer which increases the flux of the therapeutic agent across the barrier, and a matrix forming agent. The matrix forming agent forms a gel at a suitable gelation temperature and rheological properties for use in drug delivery, and in some cases, the gelation temperature and rheological properties are not significantly changed from those of the composition without the permeation enhancer. The invention also provides a matrix forming agent and compositions thereof. Such compositions are particularly useful in the treatment of otitis media. Methods of treatment, methods of delivery, and kits for the compositions described herein are also provided.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for measuring an intermittent operating life (IOL) of a GaN-based device under test (DUT) is provided. The system is operable in a stressing mode, a cooling mode and a measure mode. A power regulation approach is adopted to ensure that DUT of the same thermal resistance have same temperature increase during the IOL test. The present invention eliminates the influence caused by parasitic parameters of testing circuits and the inconsistency of threshold voltage and drain-source resistance of the device itself. Through power regulation, it is the junction temperature of the device, not the housing temperature of the device, being directly controlled. Therefore, higher measurement accuracy can be achieved.
