  • Patent number: 11030102
Abstract: Systems, apparatuses, and methods for reducing memory cache control command hops through a fabric are disclosed. A system includes an interconnect fabric, a plurality of transaction processing queues, and a plurality of memory pipelines. Each memory pipeline includes an arbiter, a combined coherence point and memory cache controller unit, and a memory controller coupled to a memory channel. Each combined unit includes a memory cache controller, a memory cache, and a duplicate tag structure. A single arbiter per memory pipeline performs arbitration across the transaction processing queues to select a transaction address to feed the memory pipeline's combined unit. The combined unit performs coherence operations and a memory cache lookup for the selected transaction. Only after processing is completed in the combined unit is the transaction moved out of its transaction processing queue, reducing power consumption caused by data movement through the fabric.

  • Publication number: 20210122706
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a bromination method for m-diamide compounds comprising reacting a compound represented by formula I with a brominating reagent in the presence of an oxidant to obtain a brominated product represented by formula II. The method adopts a special design of brominating reagents and reaction conditions to introduce a bromine atom at a specific site of the m-diamide compound, with 87.9 to 99.5% yield of a brominated product obtained by the reaction and higher than 91.8% purity. Therefore, the bromination method has a simple route, mild reaction conditions, high efficiency, and does not require complicated and cumbersome post-treatment processes; furthermore, raw materials used for the bromination reaction are readily available, costs of the brominating reagent are low, and the brominated product finally obtained has high yield and high purity, thus the method is a novel one with a broad application prospect.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a preparation method for m-diamide compounds. The method includes the following steps: 2-fluoro-3-nitrobenzoyl chloride and 4-(perfluoropropane-2-yl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)aniline are subjected to a condensation reaction, followed by a reduction reaction and an alkylation reaction to give 2-fluoro-3-(alkylamino)-N-(4-(perfluoropropane-2-yl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)benzamide, which reacts with an acyl chloride compound to give 2-fluoro-3-(alkylbenzamido)-N-(4-(perfluoropropane-2-yl)-2-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)benzamide, which is finally brominated to obtain the m-diamide compound. The reactions are almost quantitative with few by-products. Cryogenic and high-temperature reactions are not used. The introduction of bromine atoms at specific sites can be achieved in the final step. The preparation method has high yield and is more suitable for industrial production.

  • Patent number: 10920127
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for in-depth profile control and displacement of low-permeability oil reservoirs, comprising: sequentially injecting a flexible and elastic particle-containing pre-slug, a polymer microsphere-containing main slug and a flexible and elastic particle-containing protective slug into an oil layer, and the three slugs have a volume ratio of total injection amount of 1-2:6-8:1-2. The invention provides a method for in-depth profile control and displacement by using styrene-based flexible and elastic particles in combination with the polyacrylamide polymer microsphere, wherein the flexible elastic particles can block cracks and large pore channels of the oil layer, and the polymer microsphere can displace the remaining oil in the oil layer. In the present invention, different slugs of profile control and displacement system are combined to achieve the objective of blocking cracks and large pore channels, displacing crude oil, and improving oil well recovery.

  • Patent number: 10833647
Abstract: Various embodiments of the invention relate to a high performance analog bandpass filter (BPF) with improved performance in suppressing parasitic passband. The BPF comprises a first loss-pass filter (LPF) coupled to a first RF port, a second LPF coupled to a second RF port, and at least one high-pass module coupled in series between the first LPF and the second LPF for band-pass tuning. A resonant circuit is composed by a shunt capacitor from the LPF, a shunt inductor from the high-pass module and a series inductor from the LPF coupled in between. Such layout empowers the LPFs triple functions: to function as a low-pass filter, to participate in resonant circuit for center frequency tuning of the BPF, and to suppress parasitic resonance. Such a triple-function of the LPFs gives the BPF an improvement in a compact but effective topology.

  • Publication number: 20200289591
Abstract: The invention provides an isolated recombinant oncolytic vaccinia virus, pharmaceutical compositions and uses thereof for drugs for treatment of tumors and/or cancers. The isolated recombinant oncolytic vaccinia virus is functionally deficient in the TK gene and the VGF gene, and the genome of the recombinant oncolytic vaccinia virus is integrated with an exogenous IL-21 gene, and wherein the IL-21 gene is capable of being expressed in tumor cells. The recombinant oncolytic vaccinia virus can selectively replicate in tumor cells, and can also fully exert the anti-tumor immune effect of the exogenous IL-21, such that the oncolytic killing effect of the oncolytic virus and the anti-tumor immune stimulation effect of IL-21 achieve a synergic effect.

  • Publication number: 20200181799
Abstract: A method for preparing a GaN substrate material includes: performing in-situ epitaxy on a Ga2O3 thin film and a GaN thin film in a multifunctional HVPE growth system. First, the Ga2O3 thin film is grown on a substrate such as sapphire by an HVPE-like method, and the Ga2O3 is nitrided in an ammonia gas atmosphere to form a GaN/Ga2O3 composite thin film. Then, a GaN thick film is grown on the GaN/Ga2O3 composite thin film by HVPE to obtain a high-quality GaN thick film material. The Ga2O3 layer is removed by chemical etching to obtain a self-supporting GaN substrate material. Or, the conventional laser lift-off method is used to separate the GaN thick film from the heterogeneous substrate such as the sapphire to obtain a GaN self-supporting substrate material.
