    Abstract: This application provides an uplink timing method. A half-duplex terminal device determines, based on a maximum timing advance of an area in which the terminal device is located and a set of time units used by the terminal device to receive a system message, a set of time units unavailable for uplink transmission, and in a process of calculating a time unit for sending an uplink signal, skips, based on a scheduling offset of the uplink signal, a time unit in the set of time units unavailable for uplink transmission, to avoid a problem that the half-duplex device needs to simultaneously perform receiving and sending in a large transmission latency scenario.

The method includes: A first device sends a first reference signal to a second device, where density of the first reference signal is less than or equal to density of a second reference signal, and the second reference signal is a normal-density reference signal; the first device receives first channel state information CSI from the second device; and the first device obtains second CSI based on the first CSI and a first neural network model, where the second CSI is used to indicate channel information between the first device and the second device.     Abstract: The present application is related to a novel coronavirus S protein double-region subunit nano-vaccine based on a bacterial complex. In the present invention, a receptor binding domain (RBD) and a fusion peptide (FP) of a virus are used together as double antigens, and are connected to a bacterial complex (such as PF_Ferritin or Lumazine Synthase (LS)) to form a fusion protein, so as to achieve antigen multimerization; and then expression is performed by using a eukaryotic cell expression system, and a 24-mer nano-antigen or a 60-mer nano-antigen can be formed by means of self-assembly action. The solution can overcome the defect of insufficient immunogenicity of an RBD monomer. The obtained vaccine can significantly increase the level of a neutralizing antibody against a virus in a host, and the resulting antibody has the capability of strongly blocking a virus from invading a target cell.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is a Helicobacter pylori ferritin-based novel coronavirus S protein double-region subunit nanovaccine. The device block interleaves the first encoded sequence to obtain an interleaved bit sequence. The device determines a transmission code rate R. When the transmission code rate R is less than the code rate threshold, the device outputs a second bit sequence. The length of the second bit sequence is M, M is smaller than N. The second bit sequence is punctured from the interleaved bit sequence by removing (N-M) bits from beginning of the interleaved bit sequence.
