    Abstract: Provided are a valve device and an electric valve. A valve seat component comprises a valve seat sleeve and a flange portion, wherein an opening portion at the lower end of a sleeve is welded and fixed to the valve seat sleeve. The valve device further comprises a mounting block. The valve device is mounted on another component by means of the mounting block. The mounting block is further provided with a mounting hole in which part of the valve seat component is located. The diameter of at least part of the mounting hole is less than the outer diameter of the flange portion. The flange portion limits the mounting block to be separated from the valve seat component in a direction away from a coil assembly.

The grating spectrometer includes an entrance slit S1, a grating G, an entrance spherical reflector M1, a focusing spherical reflector M2, and an exit slit S2 which are arranged on a light path in sequence in a light transmission direction. The entrance slit S1 and the exit slit S2 are respectively arranged on two sides of the grating G, and a coaxial entrance light path formed by the entrance slit S1 and the entrance spherical reflector M1 and a coaxial diffraction light path formed by the grating G and the focusing spherical reflector M2 form a V-shaped structure by projection in a diffraction plane. The grating spectrometer has actual population and application value.

A sum of the electrical power regulated by the first electric machine, the electrical power losses, and the electrical power consumed by the second electric machine is zero in the first operating mode and in the second operating mode.
