Abstract: A container having a canister can be configured to retain a volume of liquid. The canister can be sealed by a lid structure, and the lid structure can have a spout opening. The spout opening may be sealed by a removably-coupled cap. Further, the cap may have a magnetic top surface configured to magnetically couple to a recess on the top surface of the lid for temporary storage of the cap when manually removed from the spout opening. Further, the lid structure may have one or more of an integrated anti-glug venting feature within the removable lid and cap or handle indexing.

Abstract: The present invention relates to bi-functional compounds which function to recruit endogenous proteins to an E3 ubiquitin ligase for degradation, and methods for using same. More specifically, the present disclosure provides specific proteolysis targeting chimera (PROTAC) molecules which find utility as modulators of targeted ubiquitination of a variety of polypeptides and other proteins, in particular the androgen receptor of a slice variant of AR which lacks the LBD, labelled as AR-V7, which are then degraded and/or otherwise inhibited by the compounds as described herein.

Abstract: A container having a base and a lid is provided. The lid may be rotatable about a hinge from a closed configuration to an open configuration and may be secured, via one or more latching assemblies. The latching assembly may comprise a latch body, a locking member, a biasing member, and an activating member. Additional features of the container may include handles and strength increasing features. The base and lid may also feature attachment points for various accessories. A carry strap may attach to the base of the container to allow a user to lift and carry the container. The container may also have a wheels attached to the bottom portion and/or across the bottom portion to one side of the sidewall structure. In addition, in exemplary containers with wheels, a pull handle may be attached to a side opposite the wheels.
