    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a composite ionic liquid and a preparation method and a use thereof. A first aspect of the present disclosure provides a preparation method of a composite ionic liquid, where an ammonium salt, a first metal salt, a second metal salt, and a third metal salt are sequentially added into a reactor for performing a reaction under different conditions, and the composite ionic liquid is obtained after the reaction is finished. The composite ionic liquid prepared by the method may be used as a catalyst to catalyze an alkylation reaction of isoparaffin with C4 olefin to obtain alkylated oil, which has the advantages of high catalytic activity, long catalytic life, low consumption, and better distribution of the resulting alkylated oil, etc, and thereby significantly reducing the production costs and improving the quality of the resulted alkylated oil.

    Abstract: The present disclosure describes a system and method for encoding pulses of light for LiDAR scanning. The system includes a sequence generator, a light source, a modulator, a light detector, a correlator, and a microprocessor. The sequence generator generates a sequence code that the modulator encodes into a pulse of light from the light source. The encoded pulse of light illuminates a surface of an object, in which scattered light from the encoded light pulse is detected. The correlator correlates the scattered light with the sequence code that outputs a peak value associated with a time that the pulse of light is received. The microprocessor is configured to determine a time difference between transmission and reception of the pulse of light based on whether the amplitude of the peak exceeds the threshold value. The microprocessor calculates a distance to the surface of the object based on the time difference.

The second application may establish, for the data objects, ownership information that indicates which ones of the functions are utilizing the data objects. The ownership information may be usable to determine, upon completion of a function of the set of functions, whether a given one of the data objects can be deallocated based on whether the given data object is being utilized by another function.

The measured data are then corrected based on a mathematical model. In the correction, an angle between a direction of a sensor orientation and a motion direction is maximally changed by a predefined value per time unit when the application criterion is met. The dispersion element can be used to control a scanning path for light pulses being projected as part of the LiDAR's field of view. The dispersion element enables redirection of light pulses without requiring the physical movement of a medium such as mirror or other reflective surface, and in effect further enables at least portion of the LiDAR's field of view to be managed through solid state control. The solid state control can be performed by selectively adjusting the wavelength of the light pulses to control their projection along the scanning path.
