During operation, moist air enters from an air inlet of the dehumidifier, and passes through the microchannel pre-cooler to make the moist air to reach a saturated steam state and passes through the evaporator assembly for heat exchange to condense and dehumidify the moist air, and the dehumidified air passes through the condenser for heating and finally discharged from the air outlet, so that the water vapor in the moist air can be condensed into a liquid better to improve the condensation and dehumidification effects of the evaporator and reduce the air humidity effectively, so as to improve the dehumidification effect of the equipment.

    Abstract: A preparation method for a W—Cu composite plate with a Cu phase in finger-shaped gradient distribution is provided. The method includes adding WOX powder obtained with ammonium metatungstate as a raw material into W powder through a combustion synthesis method, adding a binder and a pore-forming agent to prepare a slurry, then performing tape casting, soaking in water and sintering to obtain a W framework with pores in finger-shaped distribution, and then infiltrating Cu to obtain a target product. The Cu phase in the W—Cu composite material prepared by the present method is distributed in a finger-shaped gradient manner from an infiltration surface to the interior of a specimen, the Cu phase and the W phase are mutually pinned, and the W—Cu interface has good bonding strength. The present method has the characteristics of adjustable material component performance, simple process, low cost, suitability for large-scale production and the like.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a dual rail track system for independently moveable carts in an industrial control environment in which upper and lower rails of a track are substantially “L” shaped to allow upper and lower groups of rollers of a cart to orthogonally contact the upper and lower rails, respectively, to provide vertical and horizontal control of the cart while in motion along the track. The shape of the rails and arrangement of the rollers, orthogonal with respect to the rails in vertical and horizontal planes, provides an efficient support system allowing high speed. movement of carts, including through turns, with only two rails and with symmetric weight distribution of the cart. Flexible members provided with respect to each roller also provide resiliency to allow the rollers to adapt to variations in the track.
