Abstract: A network configuration method includes receiving, by an intent management device, a service intent from a requirement device, where the service intent indicates service requirement information, and the service requirement information includes service access time information of at least one terminal device and service access location information of the at least one terminal device. The method further includes determining network configuration information based on the service intent and configuring a network based on the network configuration information. Alternatively, the method may include determining first information based on the service intent and sending the first information to a network management device. The first information includes network configuration information or network intent information. The network configuration information indicates a radio resource configuration, and the network intent information describes an effect of a network configuration.

Abstract: A network service management method in which a network management unit obtains information about a target network service, where the information about the target network service includes an identifier of the target network service and requirement information of the target network service. The network management unit obtains an identifier of a network based on the requirement information of the target network service, where the network meets the requirement information of the target network service. The method includes: obtaining, by a network component management unit, performance assurance information of a network component, where the performance assurance information includes at least one of the following: key performance information, performance assurance priority information, or performance assurance enabling information, where the key performance information is used to indicate a key performance of the network component, and the performance assurance enabling information is used to instruct to enable or disable at least one performance assurance function of the network component; and managing, by the network component management unit, the network component based on the performance assurance information. According to embodiments of this application, the second network management unit configures the model training function based on the received configuration information sent by the first network management unit, to perform model training based on the configuration information, to obtain the network model information.
