The UE transmits an uplink channel comprising the first codeword and carrying information for the second UCI payload. A base station receives an uplink channel from the UE, comprising a first codeword for a first UCI payload having a first priority level and having a modification that conveys information for a second UCI payload having a second priority level. The base station decodes the second UCI payload based at least in part on the information conveyed based on the modification.
