The apparatus includes: a first target storage unit; and a processor configured to: determine an initial number of threads according to a data amount of target data and a capacity of the first target storage unit in response to determining that the data amount is less than or equal to the capacity of the first target storage unit, where the target data includes input data to be processed, weight data to be processed, and output data; and determine a first number of executable tasks according to the initial number of threads in response to determining that the initial number of threads is greater than or equal to a predetermined number of threads.

In embodiments of this application, a first network element is disposed in the campus network, and a second network element is determined for each terminal device. The first network element stores a correspondence between each terminal device and a second network element corresponding to the terminal device. After receiving a positioning message reported by a first terminal device, the first network element may route, based on the pre-stored correspondence, the positioning message to a second network element corresponding to the first terminal device.

Based on this solution, the second network element may obtain, from the network repository network element, the status information of the system feature supported by the network slice. Based on this solution, the first network element can identify, based on the association identifier, QoS flows belonging to a same application, and perform joint scheduling, and it is ensured that the QoS flows of the same application can arrive at a terminal device simultaneously or a time interval between arrivals at the terminal device is small, so that service experience of a user can be improved.

The method includes: A first network element receives first positioning request information for requesting to position a terminal, and the first positioning request information carries identification information of the terminal. The first network element obtains second positioning request information based on the first positioning request information, and sends the second positioning request information to the positioning server.
