Patents by Inventor Ryuichi Shingae

Ryuichi Shingae has filed for patents to protect the following inventions. This listing includes patent applications that are pending as well as patents that have already been granted by the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

  • Patent number: 7238458
Abstract: A photo conductor has a protective surface layer whereon at least a carrier generation layer and a carrier transport layer are provided onto a conductive base. The protective surface layer includes a first protective surface layer using a hydrocarbon gas-based amorphous carbon with an ion implantation layer, and a second protective surface layer using a hydrocarbon gas-based amorphous carbon without an ion implantation layer.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 24, 2004
Date of Patent: July 3, 2007
Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.
Inventors: Yukimasa Kuramoto, Sotoshi Takimoto, Ryuichi Shingae
  • Publication number: 20060051521
Abstract: A grounded vacuum container is filled, the container containing a plurality of substrates, with a CVD gas. A voltage is applied to the substrates to generate plasma around each of the substrates along with grounding a plurality of ground members arranged at positions opposite to the deposition surface of each of the substrates inside the vacuum container. A coating is deposited onto a plurality of substrates in a method for deposition that attracts ions within the plasma to the substrates and deposits a coating onto the substrates.
    Type: Application

    Publication date: March 9, 2006
Applicant: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.
Inventors: Yukimasa Kuramoto, Satoshi Takimoto, Ryuichi Shingae
  • Patent number: 6989201
Abstract: A thin film EL device having high electroluminescent efficiency, a low operating voltage, and a long lifetime. A thin film EL device of the present invention uses, as a luminescent layer, a charge-transport luminescent material that has, within a molecule, a portion contributing to charge transport and a portion contributing to luminescence where at least two molecular orbitals contributing to luminescent transition are localized.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 24, 2003
Date of Patent: January 24, 2006
Assignee: Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd.
Inventors: Tetsuya Satou, Mikiko Matsuo, Hisanori Sugiura, Hitoshi Hisada, Ryuichi Shingae, Yoshinobu Murakami
