  • Patent number: 10599814
Abstract: Systems, devices and methods transmit data from a patient device to a location, for example a remote location, where the patient is monitored. The system may comprise a server system, for example a backend server system, a gateway and the patient worn device. The gateway can be configured to communicate with the patient worn device in response to a list transmitted from the server, for example an approved patient device list transmitted from the server to the gateway. The gateway may exclude communication with patient worn devices that are not on the list. This use of the list can control data throughput from the patient device to the gateway and also from the gateway to the server, such that the communication from the device on the list to the server is maintained and appropriate information can be reliably sent from the patient device to the server.

  • Patent number: 10585581
Abstract: A method and associated system for modifying an image on a display screen. A first line and a second line are generated in an original image being displayed on the display screen. The first line and the second line pass through a first point and a second point, respectively, in the original image. The first line and the second line divide the original image into a first area, a second area, and a strip area between the first area and the second area. Hiding a portion of the strip area is performed by either removing the visibility of the strip area from the display screen or displaying the portion of the strip area on the display screen in lower resolution than before the hiding is performed.

  • Patent number: 10568048
Abstract: A method and apparatus for uplink sounding reference signals (SRS) transmissions are disclosed. A WTRU-specific configuration of WTRU-specific SRS subframes for performing SRS transmissions is received. A trigger is received in a subframe from a base station to transmit a first SRS. A first subframe is selected after the subframe in which the trigger is received which is both a WTRU-specific subframe and at least four subframes after the subframe in which the trigger is received. A determination if a maximum power is exceeded in a symbol in the selected first subframe is made. On a condition that the maximum power is not exceeded in the symbol in the selected first subframe, the first SRS is transmitted in the selected first subframe.

The apparatus may include a WTRU comprising a transceiver and a processor configured to send a non-access stratum (NAS) access request message to a network node using a first radio access technology (RAT). The message may indicate that the WTRU can connect to both a network node using the first RAT and a network node using a second RAT. The transceiver may be configured to receive a NAS accept message and a message comprising configuration information for the second RAT. The transceiver and the processor may be further configured to connect to a network node using the second RAT based on the received configuration information and communicate with both the network node using the first RAT and the network node using the second RAT.

  • Publication number: 20200025689
Abstract: A semiconductor-inspection tool scans a semiconductor die using a plurality of optical modes. A plurality of defects on the semiconductor die are identified based on results of the scanning. Respective defects of the plurality of defects correspond to respective pixel sets of the semiconductor-inspection tool. The scanning fails to resolve the respective defects. The results include multi-dimensional data based on pixel intensity for the respective pixel sets, wherein each dimension of the multi-dimensional data corresponds to a distinct mode of the plurality of optical modes. A discriminant function is applied to the results to transform the multi-dimensional data for the respective pixel sets into respective scores. Based at least in part on the respective scores, the respective defects are divided into distinct classes.

  • Patent number: 10478148
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method for enabling volumetric image reconstruction from unknown projection geometry of tomographic imaging systems, including CT, cone-beam CT (CBCT), and tomosynthesis systems. The invention enables image reconstruction in cases where it was not previously possible (e.g., custom-designed trajectories on robotic C-arms, or systems using uncalibrated geometries), and more broadly offers improved image quality (e.g., improved spatial resolution and reduced streak artifact) and robustness to patient motion (e.g., inherent compensation for rigid motion) in a manner that does not alter the patient setup or imaging workflow. The method provides a means for accurately estimating the complete geometric description of each projection acquired during a scan by simulating various poses of the x-ray source and detector to determine their unique, scan-specific positions relative to the patient, which is often unknown or inexactly known (e.g.
