    Abstract: A method for fabricating a capacitor includes forming a first storage node (SN) oxide layer over a substrate, forming a second SN oxide layer over the first SN oxide layer, forming a mask pattern over the second SN oxide layer, dry-etching the first and the second SN oxide layers using the mask pattern as an etch barrier to form a capacitor region, and wet-etching a resultant structure including the capacitor region to enlarge a bottom width of the capacitor region, thereby forming a final capacitor region having the enlarged bottom width, wherein the first SN oxide layer comprises one portion of high impurity concentration and the other portion of low impurity concentration, the one portion corresponding to a region where the final capacitor region is to be formed.

    Abstract: An apparatus and method for seamlessly providing voice and data services to a user through an access terminal in a mobile communication system including a heterogeneous service & mobility gateway (HSMG) for an interworking service between a circuit network and a packet network, and various access networks overlapping each other. The access terminal notifies the HSMG that a voice call is received, if the access terminal that accessed a packet network receives a voice call. The HSMG sends a direction request to a circuit network upon receiving the notification indicating that the voice call is received. The access terminal directs to the circuit network and registers a new location upon receiving the direction request. The HSMG sets up an incoming voice call to the access terminal after the registration of a new location.

The femto base station searches for the mobile station from the CSG registration list if an attach request message is received; and forwards the attach request message to an access service network (ASN) gateway if the mobile station is in the CSG registration list.     Abstract: A method and a system for establishing a local routing in a mobile communication network, and for allowing different mobile stations connected with the same Access Service Network GateWay (ASN GW) to transmit and receive traffic without delivering such traffic to a Home Agent (HA) are provided. In the method, a session server determines whether first and second mobile stations are connected with the same ASN GW by using their location information. In case of a connection with the same ASN GW, the session server establishes a local routing in the ASN GW so that traffic between the first and second mobile stations is directly routed to each other at the ASN GW. Then the ASN GW receiving the traffic from one of both mobile stations transmits the traffic to the other according to the local routing.
