Abstract: Systems and methods for utilizing a universal denoiser for improving Ebeam images are disclosed. A method can include obtaining a base set of Ebeam images from a plurality of domains within a process environment; and applying a universal denoiser to the base set of Ebeam images to generate an enhanced set of Ebeam images, wherein the enhanced set of Ebeam images has a higher quality than the base set of Ebeam images and accounts for a domain type of each of the plurality of domains.

Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting and quantifying images are disclosed. Systems and methods can include a metrology platform comprising: a customizable or user-configurable pipeline that is configured to enable a user to automatically and longitudinally obtain a plurality of metrology metrics from a process environment; and a graphical user interface (GUI) for implementing the pipeline, wherein the GUI comprises (1) a plurality of graphical functions configured to permit the user to interact with or to customize the pipeline and (2) one or more visual display areas configured to display the plurality of metrology metrics and a set of metrology images associated thereof.

Abstract: Proposed are a separator tension controlling apparatus and method for stacking an electrode plate of a secondary battery. The apparatus includes a separator loading member on which a fixing plate is mounted such that a separator loading unit, a separator supplying member, and a separator moving member which are mounted on an upper surface of a table are capable of being mounted so that a negative electrode and a positive electrode of the secondary battery are capable of being stacked to cross each other by a separator, the separator supplying member mounted on a first side of the separator loading unit such that the separator is capable of being supplied to the separator loading unit, and the separator moving member mounted on an upper side of the separator loading member such that the separator supplied from the separator supplying member is capable of being supplied with uniform tension.

Abstract: The present invention relates to: an antibacterial composite material with a bactericidal effect, having a shape in which aluminum hydroxide is coupled, in an island form, to the surface of a copper compound; and a preparation method therefor, and since the antibacterial composite material rapidly exhibits an immediate bactericidal effect against bacteria or viruses for a short time of five minutes or less and the bactericidal effect is maintained for a long time, the antibacterial composite material is usable in various fields requiring an antibacterial effect, and thus an effective antibacterial and antiviral function can be provided.

Based on the effective medium theorem, the effective refractive index is controlled by using a structure smaller than the mid-infrared and terahertz wavelength, and a gradient can be provided for the refractive index in a radial direction and in an axial direction. Thus, beams in the mid-infrared and terahertz frequency region can be converged.

The security apparatus includes a packet classifier classifying an IPv4 packet and an IPv6 packet based on version information in header information of an input IP packet, a key generator generating header information corresponding to each of the classified IPv4 and IPv6 packets and generating a discrimination key corresponding to each of the classified IPv4 and IPv6 packets based on the generated header information, and a lookup engine comprising a first bank in which a security policy for IPv4 packets is established and a second bank in which a security policy for IPv6 packets is established, by which the first bank and the second bank are searched using the discrimination key corresponding to each packet.
