TECHNICAL FIELD

The present invention relates to an eyebrow-shaped stamp.

BACKGROUND

As eyebrows in a human face are an important factor affecting characteristics or impression of a person, he or she can give his or her clear impression to other people according to how to make up his or her eyebrows.

In general, women make up their eyebrows with an eyebrow pencil. However, it takes a long period of time to make up eyebrows with such pencil, and it is difficult to draw eyebrows on both sides identically.

To compensate for such problems, a variety of eyebrow makeup devices are being launched nowadays. For example, eyebrows can be drawn by putting on an eyebrow a plate in which a hole of an eyebrow shape is formed and filling the hole. Further, eyebrows can be drawn by providing a stamp of an eyebrow shape and pressing on an eyebrow the stamp on which a user has had a cosmetic material spread.

However, as such eyebrow makeup devices are ones that use an eyebrow-shaped mold of a fixed design, there is a problem that a user cannot choose an eyebrow shape which the user wants.

SUMMARY

The exemplary embodiments of the disclosure, which have been conceived to address above-described problems, are to provide an eyebrow-shaped stamp which enables a user to select a desired eyebrow design.

Further, the embodiments of the disclosure are to provide an eyebrow-shaped stamp in which an angle adjustment can be easily performed.

In accordance with an aspect of the present invention, there is provided an eyebrow stamp comprising: a first body; a second body connected to the first body so that a relative position is adjustable with respect to the first body; and an applicator formed on one side surface of the first body and the second body to have a cosmetic material spread thereon and apply the cosmetic material, wherein the first body and the second body, combined together, to form a part or whole eyebrow shape.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow-shaped stamp, wherein a portion of the applicator positioned on the first body and a portion of the applicator positioned on the second body are connected.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow stamp, wherein the first body and the second body are connected via a connecting member, and the first body is rotatable in any one of a up and down direction and a left and right direction around the connecting member to adjust the relative position to the second body.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow-shaped stamp, wherein the connecting member is provided with a pin or a universal joint.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow-shaped stamp, wherein the first body includes a protruding portion and a plurality of latching grooves which are shaped to be like a toothed wheel, and the second body includes a latching protrusion corresponding to the latching groove, and wherein as the first body and the second body are combined with each other via the connecting member, the latching protrusion is positioned at any one of the latching grooves.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow-shaped stamp, wherein the applicator is provided with sponge, and a shape of the applicator is changed according to change in the relative position of the first body and the second body.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow-shaped stamp, further comprising a guide applicator surrounding the applicator.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow-shaped stamp, wherein the guide applicator is provided so as to be spaced by a predetermined gap from the applicator.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow-shaped stamp, wherein the applicator is a guide applicator which is provided in a shape corresponding to an outer peripheral line of an eyebrow.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow-shaped stamp, wherein the guide applicator is provided with a rubber material, and a shape of the guide applicator is changed according to change in the relative position of the first body to the second body.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow-shaped stamp, wherein the guide applicator is provided in a form with an empty interior.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow-shaped stamp, wherein the first body and the second body include a first housing part and a second housing part which are respectively provided in a form with an empty interior and with one surface opened; and, a first bottom part and a second bottom part which are combined with the first housing part and the second housing part, respectively at the opened surface, and wherein the applicator is provided on one side of the first bottom part and one side of the second bottom part.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow-shaped stamp, wherein the first body includes a protruding portion extending by a predetermined length; an insertion groove provided on one side of the protruding portion; a first supporting column provided within the first housing; a second supporting column provided on an upper surface of the first bottom part, and provided so as to surround a portion of the first supporting column; and a first position adjusting part provided at a position which does not overlap that of the protruding portion, and provided in a form of a protrusion, and wherein the second body includes an inserting column which is rotatably combined into the insertion groove; a third supporting column provided within the second housing; a fourth supporting column provided on an upper surface of the second bottom part, and provided so as to surround a portion of the third supporting column; and a second position adjusting part including a plurality of grooves corresponding to the first position adjusting part.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow-shaped stamp, wherein the protruding portion has a higher height at a side close to the second housing part, and a lower height at a side remote from the second housing part, and wherein the insertion groove is formed on the side of the higher height of the protruding portion, and the second position adjusting part is provided in the side of the lower height of the protruding portion.

The aspect is directed to the eyebrow-shaped stamp, wherein the applicator is provided, on an upper surface thereof, with a plurality of inserting protrusions, and a plurality of insertion holes corresponding to the plurality of inserting protrusions are provided on the first bottom part and the second bottom part.

The eyebrow-shaped stamp according to the embodiments of the disclosure achieves an effect that a desired eyebrow shape can be selected.

Further, there is an advantage that angle adjustment is easy.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be explained in detail with reference to the drawings.

Additionally, it is noted that the detailed description for known components or functions may be omitted herein so as not to obscure essential points of the disclosure.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an eyebrow-shaped stamp according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure, FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating a configuration of the eyebrow stamp of FIG. 1 with an applicator removed, FIG. 3 is a bottom perspective view of the eyebrow-shaped stamp of FIG. 1, and FIG. 4 is an exploded perspective view of FIG. 1.

Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the eyebrow-shaped stamp 1 according to an exemplary embodiment of the disclosure may include a body 10 forming an outer appearance of the eyebrow-shaped stamp 1 and having a first body 110 and a second body 120, an applicator 20 provided on a skin-facing side of the body 10 for applying a cosmetic material to eyebrow area, and a connecting member 30 for assembling the body 10 by connecting the first body 110 with the second body 120 in a way to allow the first body 110 and the second body 120 can be moved with relative to each other.

In the exemplary embodiment, the eyebrow-shaped stamp 1 is intended for applying a cosmetic material on an eyebrow area, and will be described while exemplifying a case where it is used after supplying a separately provided cosmetic material to the applicator 20. However, the spirit of the invention is not limited to this, and the eyebrow stamp may be used as a cosmetic device for other usage unless the spirit of the invention is departed from. Further, in the embodiment, the eyebrow stamp 1 is illustrated as being used for one side eyebrow, but the eyebrow stamp 1 may be provided as a pair that have a symmetric configuration.

The applicator 20 is provided on the skin-facing surface of the body 10. The body 10 can change its shape. Further, the body 10 may include a first body 110, and a second body 120 connected to the first body 110 so as to adjust a relative position between a first and second bodies.

The body 10 may be formed with a plastic material, but the material of the body 10 is not limited to this. As an example, the body 10 may be formed with an aluminum material. Further, the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be formed with different materials.

Specifically, the first body 110 may be connected to the second body 120 at one end thereof. In this case, the first body 110 may become narrower in width as it goes from the one end to the other end, and be provided in a shape curved in one direction. Therefore, the shape of the first body 110 may correspond to a tail portion of an eyebrow. However, the shape of the first body 110 is not limited to this. For example, the first body 110 may be provided in a shape of substantially uniform thickness and width throughout its length.

The one end of the first body 110 may be provided with a protruding portion 111. Specifically, the protruding portion 111 may be formed on the one end of the first body 110 so as to have a predetermined height (thickness), wherein the one end is close to the second body 120. For example, the protruding portion 111 may be formed on the one end of the first body 110 in a semi-circular shape. In this case, the protruding portion 111 may have a height (thickness) less than the height (thickness) of the remainder first body 110, and be provided in a shape of extending from the skin-facing surface or the opposite surface of the first body 110. The embodiment will be described while exemplifying a case where the protruding portion 111 is of a semi-circular shape protruding toward the second body 120 from an upper portion of the one side of the first body 110.

A rim of the protruding portion 111 may be provided with a plurality of latching grooves 112. The latching grooves 112 may be provided in the protruding portion 111 at a predetermined interval, and be continuously formed along the rim of the protruding portion 111. For example, the latching grooves 112 formed on the rim of the protruding portion 111 may be provided in a shape of a toothed wheel. The embodiment exemplifies a case where the protruding portion 111 is provided with five latching grooves 112, but the number of the latching grooves 112 is not limited thereto. The number of the latching grooves 112 may be determined based on the magnitude of an angle that is formed by the first body 110 and the second body 120.

Further, the protruding portion 111 may include a first insertion hole 113 so that the first body 110 can be combined with the second body 120. The first insertion hole 113 through which the connecting member 30 penetrates may be provided in a central portion of the protruding body 111, and may serve as a rotation center of the first body 110 and the second body 120.

Meanwhile, on the one side of the first body 110, there may be provided the second body 120. The second body 120 is connected with the first body 110, and a one end of the second body may be combined to the protruding portion of the first body 110, wherein the second body is provided such that a relative angle can be adjusted. Here, the relative angle can be understood as an angle formed between a direction in which the first body 110 extends lengthwise and a direction in which the second body 120 extends lengthwise. For example, the first body 110 and the second body 120 may form therebetween an angle ranging from 0 to 20 degree when being initially provided to a user.

The second body 120 may be formed so as to have a predetermined thickness, and the second body 120 may be provided so as to have a shape corresponding to a front portion of an eyebrow. Here, the front portion of an eyebrow means an end close to a glabella.

The second body 120 may include a receiving portion 121 at the one end thereof. The receiving portion 121, by which the protruding portion 111 of the first body 110 can be received and supported, may be formed at the one end of the skin-facing surface or the opposite surface of the second body 120. Here, the one end of the second body 120 may be understood as a part facing the one protruding portion of the first body 110.

Further, on the end of the skin-facing surface or the opposite surface of the second body 120, a latching protrusion 122 may be formed to extend. The latching protrusion 122 may correspond to the latching groove 112 of the first body 110. Specifically, when the first body 110 and the second body 120 are combined with each other, the protruding portion 111 of the first body 110 may be provided in the receiving portion 121 of the second body 120, and the latching protrusion 122 may be positioned at any one of the plurality of the latching grooves 112. A specific description on how the latching groove 112 and the latching protrusion 122 are combined will be discussed later.

On one side of the receiving portion 121, there may be formed a second insertion hole 123. The second insertion hole 123, through which the connecting member 30 penetrates, may be formed to align with the first insertion hole 113. Therefore, the connecting member 30 can sequentially penetrate through the first insertion hole 113 and the second insertion hole 123.

On one side of the body 10 (i.e., skin-facing surface of the body 10), there may be provided the applicator 20. The applicator 20, which is intended to apply or transfer a cosmetic material spread thereon to eyebrow area, may be provided in a shape of an eyebrow. Specifically, the applicator 20 may be provided on skin-facing surface of the first body 110 and the second body 120 combined with each other. In this case, the applicator 20 may be provided in a form that a portion thereof positioned at the first body 110 and a portion thereof positioned at the second body 120 are interconnected with each other, thus applying the cosmetic material in a continuous or whole eyebrow shape.

Further, the applicator 20 may be an applicator of an eyebrow make up cosmetic composition, a shape of which can be changed according to change in shape of the body 10 by adjusting the angle formed by the first body 110 and the second body 120.

Further, the applicator 20 may be provided with a material which can allow a predetermined amount of cosmetic material to be absorbed therein or spread thereon, and may be formed with a material, a shape of which can be changed. For example, the applicator 20 may be formed with sponge. As the applicator 20 is formed with a sponge or absorbable rubber, the applicator 20 can be changed in shape in response to change in shape of the body 10.

The first body 110 and the second body 120 may be combined with each other via the connecting member 30. The connecting member 30, which can be inserted into the first hole 113 of the first body 110 and the second hole 123 of the second body 120, may include a connecting pin 310 and a pin fixing part 320. Specifically, the connecting pin 310 penetrates through the first insertion hole 113 and the second insertion hole 123 from one surface of the first body 110, and then the connecting pin 310 may be fixed by being combined with the pin fixing part 320 at the opposite surface of the second body 120. That is, the first body 110 and the second body 120 can be combined with each other via the connecting member 30. In this case, the connecting pin 310 may be provided with a bolt, and the pin fixing part 320 may be provided with a nut, wherein the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be combined with a predetermined gap interposed therebetween.

When the first body 110 and the second body 120 are combined with each other, the first body 110 can be rotated about the connecting member 30. Specifically, if a user applies an external force to a side surface of the first body 110, the first body 110 can be rotated about the connecting member 30 via a space between the first body and the second body 120. In this case, as the latching grooves 112 of the first body 110 are rotated, the latching protrusion 122 of the second body 120 may be positioned at another latching groove 112. That is, the latching groove 112 at which the latching protrusion 122 is positioned after the first body 110 is rotated differs from the latching groove 112 at which the latching protrusion 122 is positioned before the first body 110 is rotated. Therefore, the first body 110 can be fixed at a changed relative position to the second body 120. That is, the first body 110 and the second body 120 can be rotated around the connecting member 30 to change the relative position.

In the embodiment, a case where the connecting pin 310 serves as a rotation axis extending in an up and down direction with reference to the drawing and the first body 110 and the second body 120 are rotated in a right and left direction with reference to the drawing is exemplified, but the spirit of the invention is not limited to this. For example, the protruding portion 111 and the receiving portion 121 may be formed so as to be widened in a direction perpendicular to the skin-facing surface to which the applicator 20 is adhered, and the connecting pin 310 may be inserted in a width direction of the body 10, wherein the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be relatively moved in an up and down direction with reference to the drawing.

Further, in the embodiment, a case where the connecting member 30 is provided with the bolt and nut is illustrated as an example, but the connecting member 30 is not limited to this. For example, the connecting member 30 may be provided with a universal joint. In this case, at one end of any one of the first body 110 and the second body 120, a protruding part having a ball shape and serving as a universal joint may be provided, and at one end of the other of the first body and the second body, a receiving part into which the protruding part is inserted may be provided. In this case, the angle of the first body 110 can be adjusted in the right and left direction and in the up and down direction. Specifically, when the angle of the first body 110 is adjusted in the up and down direction, the heights (thickness) of the applicator 20 attached to the first body 110 and the second body 120 may become different from each other.

Hereinafter, operation and effect of the eyebrow-shaped stamp 1 according to the embodiment having a configuration as described above will be described.

First, the first body 110 and the second body 120 may be combined with each other via the connecting member 30. In this case, the connecting member 30 may be provided with a bolt and a nut, or with a universal joint. Specifically, in a case where the connecting member 30 is provided with the bolt and the nut, the connecting pin 310, which is the bolt, may penetrate through the first insertion hole 113 of the first body 110 and then the second insertion hole 123 of the second body 120, and be combined with the pin fixing part 320, which is the nut, at a lower side of the second body 120. Therefore, the first body 110 can be rotated around the connecting member 30 in the left and right direction while adjusting its relative position to the second body 120.

Further, in a case where the connecting member 30 is provided with the universal joint, the first body 110 can be rotated in the up and down direction or in the left and right direction via the universal joint which is the connecting member 30 while adjusting its relative position to the second body 120.

When the first body 110 and the second body 120 are combined with each other, the latching protrusion 122 of the second body 120 can be positioned at any one of the latching grooves 112 of the first body 110. Therefore, the first body 110 can be fixed while forming a certain angle with the second body 120. That is, the angle between the first body 110 and the second body 120 can be easily adjusted according to the position of the latching groove 112 at which the latching protrusion 122 is fixed.

On the upper side (i.e., skin-facing surface) of the first body 110 and the second body 120, the applicator 20 may be provided. The applicator 20 may be provided in a shape of an eyebrow, and provided continuously on the upper side of the first body 110 and the upper side of the second body 120. In this case, a portion of the applicator 20 provided on the upper side of the first body 110 may correspond to a tail side shape of an eyebrow, and a portion of the applicator 20 provided on the upper side of the second body 120 may correspond to a head side shape of an eyebrow.

A user can adjust a relative position of the first body 110 and the second body 120 according to a desired eyebrow shape. Specifically, the user can adjust the relative position of the first body 110 and the second body 120 so that the applicator 20 can have the desired eyebrow shape. As an example, if a user wants an eyebrow having a straight line shape, the user can rotate the first body 110 in the left and right direction so that the portion of the applicator 20 provided on the upper side of the first body 110 and the portion of the applicator 20 provided on the upper side of the second body 120 have a straight line shape.

Further, in order to use the eyebrow stamp 1 in accordance with a face shape, a user can adjust the relative position of the first body 110 and the second body 120. Specifically, the first body 110 can be rotated in the up and down direction so that the upper surface of the first body 110 has a certain inclination with respect to the upper surface of the second body 120. Therefore, the eyebrow stamp 1 can be used in correspondence to a curved face shape and eyebrow shape.

After the first body 110 is fixed to the second body 120 so as to coincide with a desired eyebrow shape, a user can apply a separate cosmetic material on the applicator 20. Further, the applicator 20 on which the cosmetic material has been spread can be stamped so as to coincide with a position of an eyebrow. Therefore, the user can use while easily adjusting the body 10 and the applicator 20 to a desired eyebrow shape. That is, there is effect of enabling a user to select a desired eyebrow shape.

Hereinafter, an eyebrow-shaped stamp according to another exemplary embodiment of the disclosure will be described with reference to FIG. 5. However, as another embodiment is different in that a guide applicator 40′ is added when compared with the one embodiment, the difference will be mainly described, whereas reference will be made to the description and reference signs of the one embodiment for same parts.

FIG. 5 is a perspective view of an eyebrow-shaped stamp according to another exemplary embodiment of the disclosure.

Referring to FIG. 5, the eyebrow-shaped stamp 1′ according to another embodiment of the disclosure may be provided with the guide applicator 40′ at an outer side of the applicator 20. Specifically, the guide applicator 40′ may be formed so as to have a predetermined thickness, and provided so as to surround the applicator 20 with a predetermined gap interposed therebetween. In this case, the guide applicator 40′, which corresponds to an outer peripheral portion of an eyebrow, may be formed of a rubber material. Therefore, as the shape of the body 10 is changed, a shape of the guide applicator 40′ can also be changed in correspondence with the shape of the body 10.

Specifically, as a user changes an angle of the first body 110 and the second body 120 according to a desired eyebrow shape, the shapes of the applicator 20 and the guide applicator 40′ provided on the upper surfaces of the first body 110 and the second body 120 can be changed. As the applicator 20 and the guide applicator 40′, the shapes of which have been changed to desired shapes, are stamped on a user's eyebrow after a cosmetic material is applied on the applicator and the guide applicator, the guide applicator 40′ can apply the cosmetic material on the outer peripheral portion of the eyebrow, and the applicator 20 can apply the cosmetic material on an inner side of the outer peripheral portion on which the cosmetic material is applied by the guide applicator 40′.

Hereinafter, an eyebrow-shaped stamp according to still another exemplary embodiment of the disclosure will be described with reference to FIG. 6. However, as still another embodiment is different in that only a guide applicator 40″ is provided on the one surface (i.e., skin-facing surface) of the body 10 when compared with another embodiment, the difference will be mainly described, whereas reference will be made to the description and reference signs of the one embodiment for same parts.

FIG. 6 is a perspective view of an eyebrow-shaped stamp according to still another exemplary embodiment of the disclosure.

Referring to FIG. 6, the eyebrow-shaped stamp 1″ according to still another embodiment of the disclosure may be provided with the guide applicator 40″ at one side of the first body 110 and the second body 120. Specifically, the guide applicator 40″, which is provided so as to have a predetermined thickness, may be provided in a shape with an empty interior. In this case, the guide applicator 40″ may be provided in a shape corresponding to an outer peripheral line. Further, the guide applicator 40″ may be provided with a deformable material, and, for example, may be formed of a rubber material.

Therefore, as the relative position of the first body 110 and the second body 120 is adjusted, the shape of the guide applicator 40″ provided on the one side of the first body 110 and the second body 120 can be changed.

As the guide applicator 40″, the shape of which have been changed to a desired shape, is stamped on a user's eyebrow after a cosmetic material is spread on the guide applicator, the cosmetic material can be applied only on an outer peripheral line of an eyebrow via the guide applicator 40″. Therefore, a user can apply another cosmetic material, using a cosmetic such as an eyebrow pencil or the like, on an inside of the outer peripheral line, on which the cosmetic material has not been applied.

Hereinafter, an eyebrow-shaped stamp according to still another exemplary embodiment of the disclosure will be described with reference to FIG. 7. However, as still another embodiment differs in technology by which the relative position of the body is adjusted when compared with the one embodiment, the difference will be mainly described, whereas reference will be made to the description and reference signs of the one embodiment for same parts.

FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective view of an eyebrow-shaped stamp according to still another exemplary embodiment of the disclosure.

Referring to FIG. 7, an eyebrow-shaped stamp 2 according to still another embodiment of the disclosure may include a first body 510 and a second body 520. In this case, the first body 510 and the second body 520 may include a first housing part 510a and a second housing part 520a which are provided in a form with an empty interior. Further, the eyebrow stamp 2 may include a first bottom part 510b and a second bottom part 520b which correspond to the first housing part 510a and the second housing part 520a, respectively. In this case, the first housing part 510a and the second housing part 520a may be provided in a form with one surface opened, the one surface being a side where the housing part and the bottom part are adjacent to each other.

On one side of the first housing part 510a, there may be formed a protruding portion 511. The protruding portion 511, which extends from one side of the first housing part 510a by a predetermined length, may be provided at one side close to the second housing part 520a. In this case, a portion of the protruding portion 511 may have a relatively high height. For example, a side of the protruding portion 511 close to the second housing part 520a may be higher, and a side of the protruding portion remote to the second housing part 520a may be lower. In this case, in the lower side of the protruding portion 511, there may be positioned a second position adjusting part 526 of the second housing part 520a to be described later. Combination of the first housing part 510a with the second position adjusting part 526 will be described later.

Meanwhile, within the first housing part 510a, there may be provided one or more first supporting columns 514a. The first supporting column 514a, which is intended to be combined with the first bottom part 510b, may be formed within the first housing part 510a. Specifically, the first supporting column 514a may be formed in a form in which it extends from inner side of an upper surface of the first housing part 510a downward by a set length.

Further, on an upper surface of the first bottom part 510b, there may be provided one or more second supporting columns 514b. The second supporting column 514b, which corresponds to the first supporting column 514a, may be provided so as to surround a portion of the first supporting column 514a. Specifically, the second supporting column 514b may be formed in a form in which it extends from the upper surface of the first bottom part 510b upward by a set length, and may be inserted into and combined with the first support column 514a. That is, the first housing part 510a and the first bottom part 510b can be combined with each other.

Further, the second housing part 520a and the second bottom part 520b may include a third supporting column 524a and a fourth supporting column 524b. In this case, a shape of the third supporting column 524a may correspond to the first supporting column 514a, and a shape of the fourth supporting column 524b may correspond to the second supporting column 514b. Therefore, the third supporting column 524a and the fourth supporting column 524b can be combined with each other, and the second housing part 520a and the second bottom part 520b can be combined with each other.

Meanwhile, in one side of the protruding portion 511, there may be formed an insertion groove 515. Further, on one side of the second housing part 520a, there may be formed an inserting column 525. In this case, the inserting column 525 may be formed within the second housing part 520a, and may be provided at a position which is not superposed with the third supporting column 524a and the fourth supporting column 524b. Specifically, the insertion groove 515, which is formed in the higher side of the protruding portion 511, may be penetrated by the inserting column 525. In this case, the inserting column 525 may be rotatably combined in the insertion groove 515, and thus a relative angle of the first housing part 510a and the second housing part 520a can be adjusted.

On the one side of the first housing part 510a, there may be provided a first position adjusting part 516, and on the one side of the second housing part 520a, there may be provided a second position adjusting part 526. Specifically, the first position adjusting part 516 may be provided at a side close to the second housing part 520a, and the second position adjusting part 526 may be provided at a side close to the first housing part 510a. Further, the first position adjusting part 516 may be provided in a shape corresponding to the second position adjusting part 526. For example, the first position adjusting part 516 may be provided in a form of a protrusion, and the second position adjusting part 526 may include one or more grooves into which the first position adjusting part 516 can be inserted. In this case, the first position adjusting part 516 may be provided at a position which does not overlap that of the protruding portion 511.

As the inserting column 525 is inserted into and combined with the insertion groove 515, the first position adjusting part 516 can be positioned at any one of the grooves of the second position adjusting part 526. In this case, the second position adjusting part 526 may be positioned at a side of the protruding portion 511 having a lower height (a smaller thickness).

The relative angle of the first body 510 and the second body 520 can be adjusted depending on which one of the grooves of the second position adjusting part 526 the first position adjusting part 516 is positioned at. In the embodiment, although the first position adjusting part 516 is provided in a form of a protrusion and the second position adjusting part 526 is illustrated as a form including three grooves, the forms of the first position adjusting part 516 and the second adjusting part 526 are not limited to these. For example, the second position adjusting part 526 may include five grooves.

On an upper surface of the first housing part 510a and an upper surface of the second housing part 520a, a first indicating part 517 and a second indicating part 527 may be provided. The first indicating part 517 and the second indicating part 527, which are intended to indicate the relative angle of the first body 510 and the second body 520, may be provided so as to correspond to the first position adjusting part 516 and the second position adjusting part 526, respectively. Specifically, the first indicating part 517 may be provided singularly, and the second indicating part 527 may be provided plurally, the number thereof corresponding to that of the grooves of the second position adjusting part 526. For example, the three second indicating parts 527 may be provided. Therefore, as the relative angle of the first body 510 and the second body 520 is adjusted by the first position adjusting part 516 and the second position adjusting part 526, the first indicating part 517 can be provided at a position corresponding to any one of the second indicating parts 527. That is, a user can easily identify the relative angle of the first body 510 and second body 520.

Meanwhile, on one side of the first bottom part 510b and one side of the second bottom part 520b, one or more first insertion holes 518 and second insertion holes 528 may be formed respectively. The first insertion hole 518 and the second insertion hole 528, which are intended for combination with an applicator 60, may be provided with sizes corresponding to a first inserting protrusion 610 and a second inserting protrusion 620.

On the one side of the first bottom part 510b and the one side of the second bottom part 520b, there may be provided the applicator 60. In this case, the applicator 60 may be provided with one or more first inserting protrusions 610 and second inserting protrusions 620 so as to be combined with the first body 510 and the second body 520. Specifically, the first inserting protrusion 610 and the second inserting protrusion 620, which are formed on an upper surface of the applicator 60, can be inserted into and combined with the first insertion hole 518 and second insertion hole 528 of the first bottom part 510a and the second bottom part 520a. Therefore, as the relative angle of the first body 510 and the second body 520 is adjusted, the applicator 60 can be changed in shape in correspondence to shape change of the first body 510 and the second body 520.

While the eyebrow-shaped stamps according to examples of the disclosure are described as concrete embodiments, these are just exemplary embodiments, and the present invention should be construed in a broadest scope based on the fundamental ideas disclosed herein, rather than being limited to them. By combining or replacing a part or parts of embodiments disclosed herein, ordinary skilled in the art may carry out a type of form which is not explicitly described herein, and however, it should be noted that it is not depart from the scope of the present invention. Besides, ordinary skilled in the art may easily change or modify embodiments disclosed herein based on the disclosure, and however, it is obvious that such change or modification also falls within the scope of the present invention

Claims

1. An eyebrow-shaped stamp comprising:

a first body;
a second body connected to the first body so that a relative position is adjustable with respect to the first body; and
an applicator provided on one side surface of the first body and the second body to have a cosmetic material spread thereon and apply the cosmetic material,
wherein the first body and the second body, combined together, to form a part or whole eyebrow shape.

2. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 1, wherein a portion of the applicator positioned on the first body and a portion of the applicator positioned on the second body are connected.

3. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 1, wherein the first body and the second body are connected via a connecting member, and the first body is rotatable in any one of a up and down direction and a left and right direction around the connecting member to adjust the relative position to the second body.

4. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 3, wherein the connecting member is provided with a pin or a universal joint.

5. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 3, wherein the first body includes a protruding portion and a plurality of latching grooves which are form a toothed structure, and the second body includes a latching protrusion corresponding to any one of the latching grooves, and

wherein as the first body and the second body are combined with each other via the connecting member, the latching protrusion is positioned at any one of the latching grooves.

6. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 1, wherein the applicator is provided with sponge, and a shape of the applicator is changed according to change in the relative position of the first body and the second body.

7. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 1, further comprising a guide applicator along the periphery of the applicator.

8. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 7, wherein the guide applicator is provided so as to be spaced by a predetermined gap from the periphery of the applicator.

9. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 1, wherein the applicator is a guide applicator which is provided in a shape corresponding to an outer peripheral line of an eyebrow.

10. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 9, wherein the guide applicator is provided with a rubber material, and a shape of the guide applicator is changed according to change in the relative position of the first body to the second body.

11. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 9, wherein the guide applicator is provided in a form with an empty interior.

12. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 1, wherein the first body and the second body include a first housing part and a second housing part which are respectively provided in a form with an empty interior and with one surface opened; and, a first bottom part and a second bottom part which are combined with the first housing part and the second housing part, respectively at the opened surface, and

wherein the applicator is provided on one side of the first bottom part and one side of the second bottom part.

13. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 12, wherein the first body includes

a protruding portion extending by a predetermined length;
an insertion groove provided on one side of the protruding portion;
a first supporting column provided within the first housing;
a second supporting column provided on an upper surface of the first bottom part, and provided so as to surround a portion of the first supporting column; and
a first position adjusting part provided at a position which does not overlap that of the protruding portion, and provided in a form of a protrusion, and
wherein the second body includes
an inserting column which is rotatably combined into the insertion groove;
a third supporting column provided within the second housing;
a fourth supporting column provided on an upper surface of the second bottom part, and provided so as to surround a portion of the third supporting column; and
a second position adjusting part including a plurality of grooves corresponding to the first position adjusting part.

14. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 13, wherein the protruding portion has a first thickness at a side close to the second housing part, and a second thickness at a side remote from the second housing part, wherein the first thickness is greater than the second thickness, and

wherein the insertion groove is formed on the side of the first thickness of the protruding portion, and the second position adjusting part is provided in the side of the second thickness of the protruding portion.

15. The eyebrow-shaped stamp of claim 12, wherein the applicator is provided with, on an upper surface thereof, with a plurality of inserting protrusions, and a plurality of insertion holes corresponding to the inserting protrusions are provided on the first bottom part and the second bottom part.
