  • Publication number: 20120277063
Abstract: A real-time estimation of 3D moments of lower-limb joints using a robotic multi-axis training system with a 6-axis force/torque (F/T) sensors and a 6-DOF goniometer is described. A joint moment such as the knee abduction moment (KAM) can be determined in real-time without using sophisticated optoelectronic motion tracking system. The system also does not require computation of the COP location. The knee adduction moment or any other lower-limb 3D joint moments can be determined conveniently during stepping movement on the training system for real-time biofeedback training on controlling the targeted joint moment(s). The 6-DOF goniometer is convenient to use with other analog signals including the 6-axis F/T and locomotion variables.

  • Publication number: 20120044149
Abstract: A misinput avoidance method of a mobile terminal may be implemented to prevent a misinput caused by contacting unintended keys around the target key. A misinput avoidance method of a mobile terminal according to the present invention includes detecting inputs of a plurality of keys and discriminating a target key from other keys. The method also includes extracting keys around the target key and registering the keys around the target keys as neighbor keys. The method further includes processing the input of the target key while blocking the inputs of the neighbor keys. The method further includes releasing, when the target key is released, the blocking of the inputs of the neighbor keys.

  • Patent number: 7443233
Abstract: A DC offset canceling apparatus includes a main amplifier, a replica amplifier, a switch, and a storage unit. The replica amplifier has substantially the same structure as the main amplifier, receives an input signal having the same sign as that of a signal input to the main amplifier, and has an output connected to main amplifier with an opposite sign. The switch switches a signal input to the replica amplifier in response to a control signal. The storage unit is connected to an input terminal of the replica amplifier to maintain a DC value for a predetermined period of time when the switch is open.

  • Patent number: 7298213
Abstract: An input impedance matching circuit for a low noise amplifier includes a source pad, a gate pad, an input transistor, a source degeneration inductor and a matching capacitor. The gate pad receives an input signal and the input transistor amplifies the input signal transmitted from the gate pad. The source degeneration inductor electrically coupled to an external ground voltage is adapted for input impedance matching of the low noise amplifier. The source pad is coupled to a source electrode of the input transistor and the matching capacitor is formed between the gate pad and the source pad extending the source pad to be disposed under the gate pad. Accordingly, impedance matching of the low noise amplifier may be facilitated and the gain and noise figure of the low noise amplifier may be improved.
