    Abstract: A semantic service discovery technology is provided. A semantic service discovery method includes: receiving a query for a service discovery from a user equipment (UE); analyzing the received query; conducting an ontology-based analysis of semantic information of the analyzed query; and generating a query for the service discovery by putting the analyzed semantic information together, converting the generated query into an ontology query, and discovering services using the ontology query. Therefore, a service desired by a user can be discovered through a semantic approach.

    Abstract: A coping material for a prosthetic crown is provided. The coping material according to current application is comprised of two portions which are mechanically bonded each other. The first portion is the main coping portion that is located beneath of the enamel layer of a crown. The first portion is made from, including but not limited to, common metal and/or portion fused gold (PFG). The second is the portion which makes contact with gum tissue. That portion surrounds the brim of the bottom of the coping for 360 degrees. The gum contacting portion is comprised of bio-gold that is mechanically bonded to the main coping portion. Centrifuging of molten bio-gold technology is applied for mechanical bonding of the two portions. Electronic forming technology is also applied for mechanical bonding.

    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for providing a web based personalized service are provided. A user accesses and subscribes to a service portal by using a web browser of a personal device. The user directly generates the user's own service, previously simulates the generated service, and registers the service to the service portal. The user activates a service included in a My Service list, when the service is required. The activated service is directly provided to the user by using the personal data included in the service portal during runtime or personal data distributed over the personal device. Thus, the user participates in generation of a service and generates service logic for the user. Later, the user directly uses the service. Accordingly, a personalized service is provided.

    Abstract: A system for providing an address using a geocoding application programming interface (API) in an open service platform and a method thereof are provided. The system includes an application server which performs an address service and a function of a web server, a location information server which provides location information of a mobile terminal, an address server which provides the address information corresponding to the location information, and a service gateway which accesses the location information server and the address server in order to provide the address information to the application server according to a request of the application server. Since a telecommunication carrier has a location information server and an address server, a gateway and an application server can communicate with each other using a standard geocoding API.

The trim punch can have a groove or a through hole for providing the continuous air flow from outside into an outlet, through which trimmed gate scraps are discharged. This continuous air flow prevents the trimmed gate scraps from remaining inside the outlet and adhering to the trim punch. Therefore, clogging of the trimmed gate scraps in the apparatus is prevented.

    Abstract: According to a method for manufacturing double RESURF (reduced SURface Field) LDMOS (Lateral Diffused Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistors, on-resistance of double RESURF LDMOS transistors has been improved by using a new tapered p top layer on the surface of the drift region of the transistor, thereby decreasing the length of the drift region. Another advantage of the current invention is that the breakdown voltage similar with the on-resistance can be improved by using a reproducible tapered TEOS oxide by use of a multi-layer structure and low temperature annealing process. This is due to the reducing of the current path and impurity segregation in the drift region by using the tapered TEOS oxide instead of LOCOS filed oxide.
