The platen adjusting unit is designed to allow the platen to pivot away from the printer head when the cover frame is opened, and to allow the platen to pivot close to the printer head with a predetermined gap between the platen and the printer head when the cover frame is closed.

The method comprises providing a cleaning solution at a predetermined temperature lower than room temperature and cleaning the etched target with the cleaning solution. The apparatus for cleaning semiconductor devices comprises a chuck on which a semiconductor substrate is mounted; a solution storage part for storing a cleaning solution; a solution supply part for supplying the semiconductor substrate with the cleaning solution; a heat exchange part for maintaining the cleaning solution at a temperature lower than room temperature; and a control part for controlling the chuck rotation for a predetermined time and the cleaning solution delivery from the heat exchange part to the semiconductor substrate via the solution supply part. Accordingly, the present invention provides a more precise lateral profile of an etched pattern from the etch by-product cleaning process.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a heating apparatus using thermal reaction of brown gas. After brown gas generated from a brown gas generator passes hexane liquid in a flame arrester, it is burnt in a brown gas burner located at a lower portion of a heating element. Heating members are installed in multi-stage inside a heating element body of a hollow form. The heating element body located at each stage includes vent holes and exhaust openings. A cover is disposed on the top of the heating element. The heating member located at the lower portion is heated by flame of the brown gas, and then also the heating member located at an upper portion is heated by flame of high temperature caused by the thermal reaction of the brown gas, which gradually heats the lower heating member. After all, the whole heating members are heated to emit a vast heat.

The brown gas combustion apparatus includes a heating unit which is directly heated by a burner and radiates heat. The heating system includes the combustion apparatus installed upright therein, and is configured in that the high temperature water molecules scattered from the combustion apparatus absorb the infrared ray radiated from an infrared ray radiation member within the combustion chamber, and oscillate in an ultra high temperature by self-heating.

The apparatus comprises a heat generating unit, an outer wall, a Brown gas generator, an open-shut valve and a burner. The heat generating unit is positioned on a base. The outer wall surrounds the heat generating unit so as to define a combustion chamber, is provided with a discharge hole at its upper portion, and radiates infrared rays. The Brown gas generator is used to generate Brown gas. The open-shut valve is positioned between supply pipes so as to block the Brown gas discharged from the Brown gas generator. The burner is used to heat the heat generating unit by burning Brown gas supplied through the open-shut valve and the supply pipes.

    Abstract: The Brown gas heating furnace made of mineral stone maintains a desired temperature with a small amount of fuel. The brown gas heating furnace includes a hollow base, having burner mounting holes formed in a top wall of the base, and a door mounted at a front side of the base. The burners are centrally mounted in the burner mounting holes of the base, with branch ducts connecting each of the burners to a Brown gas supply duct. A heating section consisting of firebricks stacked together in a staggered fashion on the top wall of the base encloses the burner mounting holes, with a furnace section seated on the base and having a combustion chamber surrounding the heating section. The furnace section also has venting holes adapted to vent the combustion chamber to the atmosphere. The furnace section may include stacked blocks made of mineral stone, biotite, germanium, or jade, or may use hollow mineral stones.

    Abstract: A transmission device for farm tractors is disclosed. In the transmission device, a hollow travelling drive shaft and a PTO drive internal shaft are substituted for a typical hollow PTO drive shaft and travelling internal shaft, respectively. The transmission device also has a splined flange for directly transmitting the engine power from the flywheel to the PTO drive internal shaft. In a main change gear unit, a hub sleeve and a main gear shifting shaft are forged into a single structure. A super low-speed change gear unit is connected to a sub-change gear through two sets of shafts capable of allowing the super low-speed change gear unit to be independently operated from the sub-speed change gear unit. The transmission device is thus selectively operated without performing any super low-speed changing action.
