  • Publication number: 20060179061
Abstract: Multi-dimensional surrogation systems and methods are provided that generate at least one data surrogate using information of data and numerous data changes received from at least one data source. The multi-dimensional surrogation transforms data of each data surrogate from a format of the data source to at least one alternative format. Original metadata is extracted from each data surrogate. New metadata is generated by combining portions of the original metadata and components of each data surrogate. The multi-dimensional surrogation generates an extended data surrogate comprising the data surrogate and the new metadata.

  • Publication number: 20060091559
Abstract: The present invention provides a hardmask that is located on a surface of a low k dielectric material having at least one conductive feature embedded therein. The hardmask includes a lower region of a hermetic oxide material located adjacent to the low k dielectric material and an upper region comprising atoms of Si, C and H located above the hermetic oxide material. The present invention also provides a method of fabricating the inventive hardmask as well as a method to form an interconnect structure containing the same.

  • Patent number: 6995208
Abstract: The invention provides a clearcoat coating composition containing either one acrylic polymer with secondary hydroxyl functionality and carbamate functionality or two acrylic polymers, the first having secondary hydroxyl functionality and the second having carbamate functionality; a carbamate-functional or urea-functional material that is the reaction product of (1) a compound comprising a primary carbamate or primary urea group and an hydroxyl group and (2) a compound that is reactive with hydroxyl groups on a plurality of molecules of compound (1), but that is not reactive with the carbamate or urea groups on compound (1); and a crosslinking component including an aminoplast crosslinker. A windshield sealant can be applied directly to the clearcoat layer produced from the composition without the need for a special primer layer.

  • Publication number: 20060008413
Abstract: A process for adiabatically prereforming a feedstock, includes: providing an adiabatic reactor; providing a catalyst containing 1-20 wt. % nickel and 0.4-5 wt. % potassium, wherein the catalyst has an overall catalyst porosity of 25-50% with 20-80% of the overall catalyst porosity contributed by pores having pore diameters of at least 500 ?; providing the feedstock containing natural gas and steam, wherein the natural gas contains an initial concentration of higher hydrocarbons, and a ratio of steam to natural gas in the feedstock is from 1.5:1 to 5:1; preheating the feedstock to a temperature of 300-700° C. to provide a heated feedstock; providing the heated feedstock to the reactor; and producing a product containing hydrogen, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, unreacted methane, and steam, wherein said product contains a reduced concentration of higher hydrocarbons less than the initial concentration of higher hydrocarbons, to prereform the feedstock.

  • Publication number: 20050074959
Abstract: A method for sealing an exposed surface of a wire bond pad with a material that is capable of preventing a possible chemical attack during electroless deposition of Ni/Au pad metallurgy is provided. Specifically, the present invention provides a method whereby a TiN/Ti or TiN/Al cap is used as a protective coating covering exposed surfaces of a wire bond pad. The TiN/Ti or TiN/Al cap is not affected by alkaline chemistries used in forming the Ni/Au metallization, yet it provides a sufficient electrical pathway connecting-the bond pads to the Ni/Au pad metallization.

  • Patent number: 5976615
Abstract: A curable coating composition is described comprising a carbamate functional material and a crosslinking agent, reactive with the carbamate group. The composition further comprises a third component that is a mixture of catalysts including a phosphorus containing acid or acid derivative and other acid catalysts. Coatings prepared with this coating composition can be cured and coated with additional coating(s), providing good intercoat adhesion to the subsequent coating.
