  • Publication number: 20250131390
Abstract: Processing a vehicle maintenance transaction is provided. The method comprises receiving the transaction and entering the transaction into a blockchain ledger. In response to the transaction, an enhanced smart contract in the blockchain ledger executes. The enhanced smart contract specifies a number of compliance requirements to complete the transaction and automates a workflow for the transaction according to the compliance requirements. A number of notifications regarding the transaction are generated to a number of subscribers to the blockchain ledger. Confirmation of fulfillment of the compliance requirements is received from the subscribers to complete the transaction. The enhanced smart contract, verifies fulfillment of the compliance requirements, and completion of the transaction is recorded in the blockchain ledger.

  • Publication number: 20250130806
Abstract: Instruction set architectures (ISAs) and apparatus and methods related thereto comprise an instruction set that includes one or more instructions which identify the global pointer (GP) register as an operand (e.g., base register or source register) of the instruction. Identification can be implicit. By implicitly identifying the GP register as an operand of the instruction, one or more bits of the instruction that were dedicated to explicitly identifying the operand (e.g., base register or source register) can be used to extend the size of one or more other operands, such as the offset or immediate, to provide longer offsets or immediates.

  • Publication number: 20250130836
Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) device with capability to finely determine power attributions to software entities is disclosed. During each digital power meter (DPM) interval, and for each virtual machine (VM) (e.g., an instantiation of a software entity), power consumed by the cores, memory, and/or IO ports of the compute node in executing that VM may be determined. The power attribution information may be provided to higher level profilers so that over-subscription of power can be avoided. The power attribution information may be gathered without using cycles of the cores of the compute node.

  • Publication number: 20250132201
Abstract: Provided herein are methods of depositing tungsten (W) films without depositing a nucleation layer. In certain embodiments, the methods involve depositing a conformal reducing agent layer of boron (B) and/or silicon (Si) on a substrate. The substrate generally includes a feature to be filled with tungsten with the reducing agent layer conformal to the topography of the substrate including the feature. The reducing agent layer is then exposed to a fluorine-containing tungsten precursor, which is reduced by the reducing agent layer to form a layer of elemental tungsten. The conformal reducing agent layer is converted to a conformal tungsten layer.

  • Patent number: 12284212
Abstract: Apparatus and methods for using deepfakes defensively to detect fake, spoofed, and hoax accounts and posts on social media and elsewhere are provided. A program may gather verified images or writings of a target individual. The program may analyze the verified images and writings to create a baseline. The program may use deepfake algorithms to create exemplar deepfake images or writings. The program may store the data in a database. The program may search a network for social media accounts or posts that may meet the baseline and determine whether they are legitimate or illegitimate by comparing the contents of the accounts or posts with the exemplar deepfakes. When the program determines the accounts or posts are illegitimate, the program may initiate a takedown of those accounts or posts. The program may use machine learning algorithms to refine itself and become more accurate.

  • Patent number: 12283212
Abstract: A method in an electronic device includes establishing, with a communication device, an electrical communication channel with a content presentation companion device. A communication device then queries the content presentation companion device for an identification of an aspect ratio of the content presentation companion device. A translation mechanism then causes a blade assembly carrying a flexible display to slide around a device housing sufficiently to reveal a front-facing area amount of the flexible display having dimensions corresponding to the aspect ratio. The method can also cause the front-facing area amount of the electronic device to match aspect ratios of other electronic device electronically in communication with the content presentation companion device.

  • Patent number: 12284214
Abstract: Embodiments determine event, e.g., performance degradation, security breach, etc., occurrence based on telemetry data. An embodiment receives telemetry data, e.g., data based on an HTTP transaction, and a rule associated with the telemetry data. The rule defines one or more filters for processing the telemetry data. In turn, a rule engine is modified in accordance with the received rule. The received telemetry data is processed with the modified rule engine to determine event occurrence.

  • Publication number: 20250126060
Abstract: Techniques and architecture are described for L2 service insertion in a network. More particularly, the techniques and architecture provide for monitoring a L2 service, e.g., firewall, MAC address (instead of learning the MAC address) and registering/de-registering the service node (e.g., fabric border or edge or LISP service_etr) to the service control plane (e.g., LISP MSMR) based on this. This not only load-balances the traffic (per L2 flow) but also tracks it for node's liveliness. The techniques and architecture also provide L2 service insertion connected to a service border to allow for dynamic SGT based service, e.g., firewall, insertion for both software defined access (SDA) fabric and non-fabric deployments.

  • Publication number: 20250126059
Abstract: Techniques for a Software-Defined Networking (SDN) controller associated with a multisite network to implement jurisdictional data sovereignty polices in a multisite network, route network traffic flows between user sites and destination services over one or more provider sites, and/or perform a routing operation on the network traffic flow(s) based on the jurisdictional data sovereignty policies. The jurisdictional data sovereignty polices may be implemented using destination group tags (DGTs) and/or source group tags (SGTs). A secure access service edge (SASE) associated with the network controller may generate, store, and distribute the DGTs to provider sites and/or the SGTs to user sites. Based on the SGT and/or DGT associated with a network traffic flow, one or more services may be applied to the network traffic flow, and the network traffic flow may be routed through a particular region of a software-defined access (SDA) transit.
