  • Patent number: 10394633
Abstract: An assistance service through its local client application or agent at a user's device hardware and software environment information and monitor a health of one or more applications. Upon detecting an issue or being activated by the user, the assistance service may perform diagnostic and/or recovery actions. If predefined or dynamically determined recovery actions are inadequate to address the issue, the assistance service may engage a support service providing collected user device environment information and received server environment information to the support service. A history of attempted recovery actions and diagnostic results may also be provided. The assistance service may, through a user interface of its local, client or agent, facilitate communication with the supports service and perform recovery actions, suggested by the support service providing feedback to the support service.

  • Publication number: 20190238519
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and processes to provide layered encryption to facilitate end to end communication. A user input is displayed in a user interface of an input device. A public/private key pair is determined based on a random number, a provisioned seed, or a physical unclonable function (PUF) provided by the input device. A previous public/private key pair is stored in a storage device associated with the input device using a recipient public key as an index. The user input is encrypted with the recipient pubic key. The derived public key is sent as a header followed by the encrypted user input to a host computing device.

  • Patent number: 10354201
Abstract: A number of attributes of different attribute types, to be used to assign observation records of a data set to clusters, are identified. Attribute-type-specific distance metrics for the attributes, which can be combined to obtain a normalized aggregated distance of an observation record from a cluster representative, are selected. One or more iterations of a selected clustering methodology are implemented on the data set using resources of a machine learning service until targeted termination criteria are met. A given iteration includes assigning the observations to clusters of a current version of a clustering model based on the aggregated distances from the cluster representatives of the current version, and updating the cluster representatives to generate a new version of the clustering model.

  • Patent number: 10341211
Abstract: An analytics and diagnostic node according to the present disclosure monitors oversubscription and determines flow metrics by receiving mirror command frames from one or more switching nodes. The mirror command frames could correspond to a multiple flows traversing over a connection within a network. The analytics and diagnostic node collects at least one latency metric for each of the flows using timestamps found within the mirror command frames. Based on the latency metrics and timestamps, the analytic diagnostic node determines an average data rate for each of the flows. The analytics and diagnostic node also computes the cumulative data rates corresponding to different bucket intervals based on the average data rates. To detect oversubscription, the analytics and diagnostic node compares the cumulative data rates with one or more oversubscription rules.

  • Patent number: 10268786
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to system(s) and method(s) for capturing transaction specific stage-wise log data corresponding to at least one of a Design Under Verification or System Under Verification (DUV/SUV). The system comprises a testbench and the DUV/SUV connected to the testbench. The testbench is configured to generate a set of input packets to be processed by the DUV/SUV. Further, the testbench is also configured to generate corresponding expected output packets. If an expected output packet does not match the corresponding actual output packet generated by the DUV/SUV after processing the set of input packets, or if the actual output packet is not generated by the DUV/SUV (when it is expected to), the testbench is configured to capture transaction specific stage-wise log data for the corresponding expected output packet in a separate TSSW log file.

  • Patent number: 10268749
Abstract: An approximate data structure to represent clusters of observation records of a data set is identified. A hierarchical representation of a plurality of clusters, including the targeted number of clusters among which the observation records are to be distributed, is generated. Each node of the hierarchy comprises an instance of the approximate data structure. Until a set of termination criteria are met, iterations of a selected clustering methodology are run. In a given iteration, distances of observation records from the cluster representatives of a current version of the model are computed using the hierarchical representation, and a new version of the model with modified cluster representatives is generated.
