  • Patent number: 12200754
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. In some systems, a user equipment (UE) may transmit a first random access preamble to a base station and may transmit a payload associated with the first random access preamble via a first random access message as part of a two-step random access procedure. The base station may receive the first random access message and attempt to detect the first random access preamble. The base station may identify multiple random access preamble indices based on a detected random access preamble and may perform multiple decoding attempts on the payload portion of the first random access message using the multiple random access preamble indices. The base station may perform the multiple decoding attempts sequentially until one decoding attempt is successful or may perform the multiple decoding attempts in parallel.

  • Patent number: 12199942
Abstract: A process can include determining a plurality of Network Address Translation (NAT) routes associated with respective edge routers included in a same virtual private network (VPN) for communicating with a software-defined wide area network (SDWAN). A process can include identifying a first subset of the plurality of NAT routes as mapped to a first public NAT address included in a NAT pool associated with the VPN. A process can include tagging each NAT route of the first subset with a tag value indicative of a preferred router for receiving return traffic of the respective NAT route. A process can include routing traffic on a respective NAT route of the plurality of NAT routes based on applying, at an SDWAN controller, a corresponding control policy matching the tag value of the respective NAT route.

  • Publication number: 20250016236
Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, methods, and computer-readable media for upgrading vSmart controllers. In one aspect, a method includes an edge router receiving a notification from a vSmart controller that an upgrade to the controller will occur. The notification can be dynamically triggered by a centralized network management system. In some embodiments, the vSmart controller can run as a virtual machine (VM) and maintains a control plane connection with one or more edge routers in an overlay network. In response to the notification, a length of time of an expiry timer in which the edge router attempts to connect to the vSmart controller can be increased, and the edge router can connect to the vSmart controller once the increased length of time has passed.

  • Patent number: 12184174
Abstract: Circuits and methods for selectable conversion ratio power converters that include low-dropout (LDO) power supplies adapted to select voltage inputs based on the selected conversion ratio while achieving high efficiency. The LDO power supplies limit current through power FETs of power converters, thereby mitigating or eliminating potentially damaging events. In some embodiments, first and second full gate-drive LDOs have “wired-OR” outputs which may power a target circuit such as a pre-driver (and optionally, a level-shifter) coupled to the gate of a power FET. In some embodiments, first and second reduced gate-drive LDOs have “wired-OR” outputs that may power a final driver coupled to the gate of a power FET. Some embodiments have dual full gate-drive LDOs that power a target circuit such as a pre-driver (and optionally, a level-shifter), while dual reduced gate-drive LDOs that power a final driver coupled to the gate of the power FET.

  • Patent number: 12182078
Abstract: Techniques are described for partitioning B-tree keys of file systems into key ranges for parallel processing in delta generation during file storage replications between file systems in different cloud infrastructure regions. In certain embodiments, a delta generation processing for cross-region replication may utilize a key-range splitting mechanism involving a recursive algorithm that partitions B-tree keys of a source file system into roughly equal-size key ranges. All the partitioned key ranges may be processed in parallel and concurrently by different processing threads, one thread per key range, to improve the performance of the delta generation and achieve scalability.

  • Patent number: 12176899
Abstract: Techniques are described herein to enhance capability of floating level translators. For example, increased headroom is accomplished by adaptively bypassing the protection elements of the voltage level translator. In an example, a floating level translator can translate an input signal from a low-voltage domain to a high-voltage domain. A bypass circuit is coupled across the protection elements. The bypass circuit selectively engages during low-voltage operation (e.g., thereby providing a lower loss path relative to loss caused by the high-voltage protection elements and thus increasing the headroom swing), and disengages responsive to the high-voltage reference rail of the high-voltage domain exceeding a threshold or otherwise being high enough (e.g., greater than the potential of the low-voltage domain power rail). The bypass circuit can be implemented in a relatively low-complexity manner (e.g., back-to-back high-voltage FETs) without additional signals to control low-voltage capability.
