  • Publication number: 20260092478
Abstract: An electromotive drive unit is provided for motor vehicle applications, in particular a closing drive for a motor vehicle lock, preferably a motor vehicle door lock. For this purpose, the drive unit is provided with an electromotive drive and a Bowden cable. The Bowden cable couples the electromotive drive to an actuating element acted upon thereby. The Bowden cable is supported with its sheath on a housing accommodating the actuating element and works with its core on the actuating element. According to the invention, the core has a front hook which engages over a bevel of the actuating element. In this way, in order to interrupt a pulling action on the actuating element, the hook only has to be released from the bevel.

  • Patent number: 12185957
Abstract: A method and instrumentation for performing a patellofemoral arthroplasty orthopaedic procedure includes coupling an anterior cutting block to a femur of a patient such that the cutting block references local anatomy of the femur. The anterior cutting block is used to perform a number of bone cuts to establish a trochlear cavity in the femur. The trochlear cavity is formed such that a trochlear prosthesis may be inset into the cavity and substantially flush with the surrounding cartilage. A finishing burring guide and burr bit may be used to detail the shape and/or size of the trochlear cavity. Additionally, a trochlear drill guide may be used to facilitate establishing peg holes in the patient's femur to receive corresponding pegs of the trochlear prosthesis.

  • Publication number: 20240127912
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure include a method that accesses various portions of data related to an event in which a user was involved. The method further determines, for the event, which informatory elements related to the event meet at least a minimum significance threshold. The method next presents to the user, via a graphical user interface, one or more informational prompts associated with the event to obtain supporting information related to those informatory elements associated with the event that were determined to meet the minimum significance threshold. The method also generates a digital data structure that includes at least a portion of dynamically written language related to the event and further includes at least a portion of the supporting information received from the user in response to the informational prompts. Other corresponding systems and computer-readable media are provided.

  • Patent number: 11952806
Abstract: A motor vehicle latch, in particular a motor vehicle door latch, is equipped with a locking mechanism consisting substantially of a catch and a pawl. An electromotive drive for a coupling lever is further provided as part of a power locking unit. In addition, a first operating lever is provided, wherein in the “unlocked” position of the power locking unit, said first operating lever works on the coupling lever that is then engaged in order to open the locking mechanism, and wherein in the “locked” position of the power locking unit, said first operating lever performs an idle stroke relative to the coupling lever that is then disengaged. According to the invention, the electromotive drive works with a linear thrust member on the coupling lever, wherein the linear thrust member is held in at least one position with the aid of a blocking levers).
