The primary label has a body section defined by a portion of the top layer and a portion of the liner and a tab section defined by a remaining portion of the top layer, a remaining portion of the liner, and the portion of the base layer covering the liner adhesive of the remaining portion of the liner.

The assembly includes a hinge partially cut through first and second layers of material and a liner to define a first and second card portion movable about a pivot axis. The first card portion includes a score line disposed along a width and cut through the first layer of material to define a segment of the first layer of material removable from the first card portion to expose one of a first and second layer of adhesive remaining on the first card portion for attaching the first card portion to the support structure. The score line is spaced from the pivot axis with at least a portion of the hinge continuing to include both of the first and second layers of material such that the hinge remains functional after removing the segment.

Abstract: A manufacturing machine assembly for producing a coupon card fabricated from a continuous sheet of material. An application station receives the sheet of material with a bottom side facing upward for applying a masking agent to a portion of the bottom side. A drying station dries the masking agent as the sheet of material moves through the drying station at a high rate of speed. An inverting device rotates and reorients the sheet of material such that the top side of the sheet material is facing upward. A printing station prints indicia in parallel rows on the top side for defining a first strip and a second strip. The first and second strips are separated from one another and are bonded together to form a series of two-sided coupon cards. The series of two-sided coupon cards are separated from a web of scrap material to form individual two-sided coupon cards.

The package assembly defines a pocket for receiving the radio frequency identification device and can be attached to a second article for maintaining the position of the radio frequency identification device with respect to the second article. The package assembly includes a blank having first and second panels that can be folded over one another. A first quantity of adhesive connects the panels to one another after the panels have been folded over. A second quantity of adhesive is disposed disintermediate of the first and second panels to connect the package to the article. The package also includes an access portion connected to one of the panels by a plurality of perforations. A pull tab extends from the access portion to enhance the removal of the access portion with respect to the associated panel.

Abstract: A claim tag assembly has a first layer of card stock and a second layer of card stock with a liner sandwiched therebetween. Score lines are cut through the layers of card stock and the liner to define a first identification portion and a second identification portion. A first identifier is printed on the first identification portion for conveying a first message and a second identifier is printed on the second identification portion for conveying a second message which is identical to the first message. The first and second identification portions can then be matched after separation. The score lines further defining a card with the card being separable from the first and second identification portions. The card has at least promotional indicia and/or a coupon printed thereon for providing a marketing aspect to the claim tag assembly. Preferably, the card has a plurality of mini-coupons which can be detached from the card.
