  • Publication number: 20230177109
Abstract: Implementations generally relate to a decision graph. In some implementations, a method includes receiving a graph, where the graph includes data criteria. The method further includes receiving a data structure, where the data structure includes input values. The method further includes applying the data criteria of the graph against the input values of the data structure. • Publication number: 20230176815
Abstract: Helper neural network can play a role in augmenting authentication services that are based on neural network architectures. For example, helper networks are configured to operate as a gateway on identification information used to identify users, enroll users, and/or construct authentication models (e.g., embedding and/or prediction networks). Assuming, that both good and bad identification information samples are taken as part of identification information capture, the helper networks operate to filter out bad identification information prior to training, which prevents, for example, identification information that is valid but poorly captured from impacting identification, training, and/or prediction using various neural networks. Additionally, helper networks can also identify and prevent presentation attacks or submission of spoofed identification information as part of processing and/or validation.

  • Publication number: 20230149148
Abstract: A system used to entrap clots in arteries, such as cerebral arteries, between the artery wall and an external surface of a stent to provide restoration of blood flow therethrough that includes a stent forming an annular wall that defines a set of openings, and an expansion member extendable through the stent to place a distal portion thereof distal to the stent. The stent is advanced into a clot disposed within a vessel and transitioned to an expanded configuration such that the annular wall engages the clot. The expansion member extends through the stent and is transitioned to an expanded state such that a diameter of the distal portion is greater than a diameter of a proximal portion thereof. The expanded distal portion is sized to fill a portion of the vessel to prevent clot fragments from flowing distal to the expansion member.

  • Patent number: 11640452
Abstract: In one embodiment, a set of feature vectors can be derived from any biometric data, and then using a deep neural network (“DNN”) on those one-way homomorphic encryptions (i.e., each biometrics' feature vector) can determine matches or execute searches on encrypted data. Each biometrics' feature vector can then be stored and/or used in conjunction with respective classifications, for use in subsequent comparisons without fear of compromising the original biometric data. In various embodiments, the original biometric data is discarded responsive to generating the encrypted values. In another embodiment, the homomorphic encryption enables computations and comparisons on cypher text without decryption. This improves security over conventional approaches. Searching biometrics in the clear on any system, represents a significant security vulnerability. In various examples described herein, only the one-way encrypted biometric data is available on a given device.

  • Publication number: 20230130379
Abstract: A device for occluding a patient's left atrial appendage (LAA) device includes a self-expanding closure disc and an anchor. The self-expanding closure disc has an atrial side, an appendage side, and a peripheral edge configured to engage tissue on both an atrial side and an appendage side of an opening between the left atrium and the left atrial appendage. The self-expanding anchor extends from the appendage side of the self-expanding closure disc, and an annular sealing skirt extends about at least a portion of the appendage side of the self-expanding closure disc. the annular sealing skirt is more compliant than the self-expanding closure disc to seal over the left appendage side of the opening after implantation of the device in the LAA.

  • Publication number: 20230081389
Abstract: Embodiments of provide systems, methods, and computer storage media for rendering multicolored vector content using pre-computed scalar fields, such as images or textures. In an example implementation, multicolored vector content is processed to generate a representation of three scalar fields: an unsigned distance field, a field of region IDs, and a color plane (also called a color field or a color texture). These three fields are pre-computed prior to rendering (e.g., outside of a rendering loop), and then subsequently used (e.g., by a GPU as textures) to render an approximation of the multicolored vector content.

  • Publication number: 20230082839
Abstract: Embodiments of provide systems, methods, and computer storage media for scaling raster content using pre-computed scalar fields, such as images or textures. In an example implementation, an initial raster image is processed to generate a representation of three scalar fields: an unsigned distance field, an adjacency field, and a color plane (also called a color field or a color texture). These three fields are pre-computed prior to scaling (e.g., outside of a rendering loop), and then subsequently used (e.g., by a GPU as textures) to render a scaled version of the initial raster image.
