  • Patent number: 11410483
Abstract: A networked system for providing and maintaining a set of liquid dispenser stations is described. The fluid dispensers communicate with a managing/supervisory cloud server via an interposed base station. The fluid dispensers communicate locally with the base station via wireless communication network links. The base station operates as an accumulator of status/usage information provided by the dispenser stations and bridge for passing information and control commands between the cloud server and the individual dispenser stations. The dispenser stations are configured with control processors (controllers) to facilitate performing a variety of local control operations associated with dispensing liquids that have been cooled (or heated) prior to dispensing by the dispenser stations.

  • Publication number: 20220229890
Abstract: In one embodiment, a set of feature vectors can be derived from any biometric data, and then using a deep neural network (“DNN”) on those one-way homomorphic encryptions (i.e., each biometrics' feature vector) an authentication system can determine matches or execute searches on encrypted data. Each biometrics' feature vector can then be stored and/or used in conjunction with respective classifications, for use in subsequent comparisons without fear of compromising the original biometric data. In various embodiments, the original biometric data is discarded responsive to generating the encrypted values. In another embodiment, the homomorphic encryption enables computations and comparisons on cypher text without decryption of the encrypted feature vectors. Security of such privacy enable biometrics can be increased by implementing an assurance factor (e.g., liveness) to establish a submitted biometric has not been spoofed or faked.

  • Patent number: 11361335
Abstract: Systems, methods and products for determining a consumer-facing price using a demand model that is generated based on historical transactional data. One embodiment comprises a method implemented in a pricing module of an automotive data processing system. Data that identifies a consumer (or consumer group) and a vehicle type are received and the demand model is accessed to generate a payment corresponding to the attributes of the consumer and the attributes of the vehicle type. The demand model may be implemented in a machine learning engine that maintains a set of weights ? used in a predictive demand function. The weights are adjusted by the machine learning engine to minimize a loss function which measures deviation of demand estimated by the predictive demand function from the demand indicated by a set of historical transaction data.
