    Abstract: Embodiments relate to efficiently viewing data items in a three-dimensional (3D) space. The 3D space includes a curved surface that is concave with respect to a user-controlled viewpoint in the 3D space. The viewpoint is for controlling the direction and location of a rendered view of the 3D space. The data items have respective values associated therewith. The data items are arranged on the surface according to their values so that a user's ease of viewing the data items varies with their values; data items with some values may be arranged to be easier to view by manipulating the view direction than others (e.g., those with lower values). Ease of viewing can stem from how the surface is oriented relative to the viewpoint, the orientation of the curvature of the surface, the orientation of a controlling reference orientation, alignment of the data items on the surface, etc.

    Abstract: A microbial sensor, system and method that can be used to determine the biochemical conditions of waters, saturated sediments, unsaturated soils, rhizosphere and other environments is disclosed. The flexibility of the microbial sensor design allows for the monitoring of surfaces (skin, ventilation conduits, etc.). An electrochemical microbial sensor system is composed of an indicator electrode(s) and a reference electrode. The reference electrode employs a hydrogen permeable membrane. The electrochemical system is interfaced into a signal/communication module allowing the manual or automated collection of data from field deployments and laboratory investigations. The data is transmitted using various communication technologies including Bluetoothâ„¢, cellular, satellite and radio telemetry to cloud-based data management systems. The stored data may be downloaded by users using open-source dashboard and visualization software to image the various environments and/or surfaces investigated.

    Abstract: A golf club head has a high COR, is durable, and has desirable acoustic qualities. The club head includes a body portion, a striking face and a crown forming a hollow cavity of at least 150 cc in volume. The body portion defines a front opening and an upper opening, and it includes a sole and a side section that extends rearward of the front opening. The striking plate is secured to the body portion, enclosing the front opening. While partially assembled, final weighting and/or other attachment of other members to the inner surface of the club head can be preformed, as desired. The crown is secured to the body portion, enclosing the upper opening. A surface veil may also be provided about a junction of the crown and body.
