  • Patent number: 10621276
Abstract: User interface virtualization describes a technique for providing a user with access to a web application from a computing device, while translating the ergonomics of the web application's user interface style into the ergonomics of the computer device's. A proxy agent exchanges metadata and input events with a corresponding client running on a client device that accepts a “touch and swipe” style input. The proxy agent parses web content, such as markup documents and scripting code, that makes the presentation tier of the web application. The client constructs and displays native graphical user interface elements at the client device that are virtual representations of a corresponding user interface element of the web application.

  • Publication number: 20200066098
Abstract: A casino gaming system includes gaming machines which are configured to accept and read tickets. The ticket may comprise cash-value tickets or non-cash value/promotional tickets. The tickets may also include secondary feature triggering indicia. The player may present the cash-value ticket having a feature triggering indicia or a non-cash value/promotional ticket to a gaming machine, such as by inserting it into a media reader such as a bill acceptor. Associated monetary value or non-monetary credits may be credited to the machine. In addition, if the ticket includes a feature triggering indicia, when such an indicia is detected, the gaming machine preferably triggers or initiates the feature.

  • Publication number: 20190179010
Abstract: Method and apparatus are disclosed for synchronous short range radars for automatic trailer detection. An example radar module for a vehicle includes a radar, and a controller coupled to memory. The controller measures, with the radar, a target area proximate the vehicle. Based on the measurements, the controller determines clutter and trailer connection states. The controller sends a clutter message on a data bus indicative of the clutter state, and sends a connection message based on either (a) the trailer connection state or (b) clutter and trailer connection states of another radar module.

  • Publication number: 20190134337
Abstract: A forehead support for a mask assembly includes a frame connector provided to a mask frame, a forehead cushion support movably mounted to the frame connector for generally linear movement between retracted and extended positions with respect to the frame connector, and an adjustment knob movably mounted to the frame connector and threadably engaged with the forehead cushion support such that turning movement of the adjustment knob causes the forehead cushion support to be moved between the retracted and extended positions. The adjustment knob includes a resilient prong having a ratchet bump. The ratchet bump is adapted to selectively engage a series of ridges provided to the frame connector to provide indexed incremental adjustment.
