  • Publication number: 20250194329
Abstract: Chiplets containing micro-LEDs are designed with two sets of interconnects. One set connects the cathode and anode terminals on the micro-LEDs to contacts for the chiplet. These contacts may then be connected to circuitry outside the chiplet. The other set connects micro-LED terminals to test pads on the wafer when the chiplets are still in wafer form. Multiple chiplets are connected to individual test pads. The micro-LEDs may be fabricated as an array on the wafer, with the test pads arranged around the periphery of the array. As a result, automated test equipment may probe the test pads to test the chiplets while they are still in wafer form.

  • Publication number: 20250094384
Abstract: A database-aware storage server provides instant creation of snapshots without the need to create an intermediate test master database. During the snapshot creation time, the source database stays read-write and completes ongoing reads and writes. The database-aware storage server allows creation of layers of writable snapshots in a hierarchy. All these multiple databases share common data blocks. Any new writes performed by the database post snapshot are stored in blocks of sparse files. This promotes space sharing and reduces the total amount of space used by all these related databases. The allocations for the source and all new snapshot databases share the same common pool of storage. The newly created snapshot databases can access the data store directly without going through an intermediate layer.

  • Publication number: 20240372302
Abstract: Electrical connectors for very high speed signals, including signals at or above 112 Gbps. Effectiveness of shielding along the signal paths through the mating electrical connectors may be enhanced through the use of one or more techniques, including enabling two-sided shielding, connections between shield members and between shield members and grounded structures of printed circuit boards to which the connectors are mounted, and selective positioning of lossy material. Such techniques may be simply and reliably implemented in high density connector using one or more techniques. An electrical connector may include core members held by a housing together with leadframe assemblies attached to the core members. The core members may include features that would be difficult to mold in a housing and may include both shields and lossy materials in locations that would be difficult to incorporate in a leadframe assembly.
