  • Patent number: 12469866
Abstract: A multi-function fuel delivery system, a method of providing fuel delivery and a noise-attenuating and fuel injector housing device address a root cause of audible noise in a fuel delivery system by placing a sufficiently sized volume directly at the inlet of pulsed-type hydrogen injectors, thereby eliminating pressure pulsation and audible noise created by pressure pulsations. Combining a noise-attenuating function and a fuel supply rail capable of supplying hydrogen to multiple injectors, with both performed within a single volume, addresses space-related and cost-related challenges as well as other challenges of the fuel delivery system. The multi-function fuel delivery system includes a hydrogen (H2) heat exchanger, an H2 fuel manifold, and an upper fuel rail (UFR) that receives H2 that is noise-attenuated by the H2 fuel manifold and provides the noise-attenuated H2 simultaneously to a plurality of injectors.

  • Publication number: 20150150243
Abstract: A sunscreen composition to be used on plants comprises titanium dioxide (TiO2), zinc oxide (ZnO), and a surfactant, wetting agent, dispersant (SWD), the TiO2 and ZnO combined are in a proportion of greater than 30% by weight. The composition forms a suspension concentrate that when diluted in water provides a solution that enables uniform coverage of an area using conventional spraying equipment.

  • Patent number: 8986741
Abstract: A sunscreen composition for application for plants comprises Titanium Dioxide (TiO2), Zinc Oxide (ZnO), Silicon Dioxide (SiO2), a surfactant, wetting agent, dispersant (SWD) and water. The composition forms a suspension concentrate when combined that when diluted in water provides a solution that provides uniform coverage using convention spraying equipment. A method of protecting plants including turfgrass from ultraviolet radiation, heat stress and/or sunburn comprises combining TiO2, ZnO, SiO2, SWD and water to form a suspension concentrate. The suspension concentrate is then diluted in water and applied to an area in which sun protection is desired.

  • Patent number: 7160171
Abstract: In accordance with the present invention there is provided a pneumatic pump in combination with a pneumatic toy vehicle powered by a refillable compressed chamber. The improvement of the pump is defined by having a pipe that has an aperture to exhaust air being pumped therefrom. The pump further includes a means for launching the vehicle from the pump. The toy vehicle includes a pneumatic motor that when activated utilizes air in the chamber to propel the vehicle and activation of the motor is achieved by moving the vehicle. The vehicle includes an air inlet valve sized to securely engage the pipe of the pump such that movement of the vehicle during filling of the chamber is prevented. When securely engaged by the pipe, the vehicle is positioned against the launching means. A user operating the launching means pushes the vehicle, which activates the motor, such that the vehicle launches away from the pump.

  • Patent number: 6579143
Abstract: There is provided in one embodiment a twisting figure that includes a head and body having a pair of arms and a lower leg section separately extending therefrom. A housing formed in the body contains a motor secured between a pair of horizontal plates. The plates are pivotally secured to the lower leg section. A combo gear is secured to the upper plate and in communication with the motor. The combo gear is arranged to reciprocate against a bumper that is secured to the lower leg section. When the combo gear reciprocates against the bumper, the pair of plates pivots back and forth causing the twisting figure to move therewith. The figure may also include a worm gear in communication with the motor and the pair of arms, such that when the motor rotates the pair of arms move upwardly or downwardly.
