  • Publication number: 20250095784
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to processes for determining the number of nucleic acid repeats in a DNA fragment comprising a nucleic acid repeat region. One example method may include receiving DNA size and abundance data generated by resolving DNA amplification products. A set of low-pass data may be generated by applying a low-pass filter to the DNA size and abundance data and a set of band-pass data may be generated by applying a band-pass filter to the DNA size and abundance data. A peak of the DNA size and abundance data representative of a number of nucleic acid repeats in the DNA may be identified based on peaks identified from the low-pass data and the band-pass data.

  • Publication number: 20250027252
Abstract: Methods, system and apparatus for the controlling laundry machines in a laundry facility. A user device receives a list of machines for a laundry facility and displays them on a machine control user interface. The user may then make a selection of a machine, a selection of an operation type and a selection of one or more operational parameters associated with the selected operation type. The selection of the operation type and the one or more operational parameters may be made on the user device or on the selected machine. The machine control user interface may then display the user selections, an estimated duration and a cost. The estimated duration and cost may be based on the selected machine, selected operation type and the one or more selected operational parameters.

  • Publication number: 20240287721
Abstract: Methods, system and apparatus for the scheduling the retrieval, delivery and laundering of customer loads of laundry. The system may receive laundry service orders from customer, schedule couriers or delivery services for the transportation of bags of laundry from the customer to a washer located at a laundry facility. The washer may be located at a residential laundry facility or a commercial laundry facility. The system may provide the washer with instruction for performing the laundering tasks and track the progress of each load of laundry through the process by having the washer scan unique identifiers attached to the laundry bags, washing machines and dryers.

  • Publication number: 20240287720
Abstract: Methods, system and apparatus for the monitor of laundry machines to identify malfunctioning laundry machines in a laundry facility. The system may initiate a power cycle procedure on the identified malfunctioning laundry machines, causing any errors to be cleared from the malfunctioning laundry machine. A determination may then be made as to whether the identification of a malfunction was a true positive or a false positive, and a technician may be dispatched if the malfunctioning machine does not return to normal operation after completing the power cycle procedure.

  • Patent number: 11858745
Abstract: Mining machines such as continuous miners and chain haulage units may include chain conveyors that are capable of deflecting laterally in order to travel through lateral turns. The chain conveyors may include flight members for pushing or urging material along a pan. The chain may be driven by one or more sprockets. In one independent aspect, a link for a chain conveyor includes a body including a first end a second end opposite the first end, a first opening proximate the first end and extending in a direction transverse to a direction of travel of the link, a second opening proximate the second end and extending in a direction transverse to the direction of travel of the link, and a relief opening extending through the link body and positioned between the first end and the second end.
