  • Publication number: 20160103676
Abstract: At least one ALM artifact, indexed by a unified data store, that does not comply with at least one process convention can be identified. Responsive to identifying the ALM artifact, indexed by the unified data store, that does not comply with the process convention, a determination can be made by a process convention agent executed by a processor as to whether script code is available to update the ALM artifact to comply with the process convention. Responsive to the process convention agent determining that script code is available to update the ALM artifact to comply with the process convention, the process convention agent can automatically execute the script code to update the ALM artifact to comply with the process convention.

  • Publication number: 20150134267
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to processes for determining the number of nucleic acid repeats in a DNA fragment comprising a nucleic acid repeat region. One example method may include receiving DNA size and abundance data generated by resolving DNA amplification products. A set of low-pass data may be generated by applying a low-pass filter to the DNA size and abundance data and a set of band-pass data may be generated by applying a band-pass filter to the DNA size and abundance data. A peak of the DNA size and abundance data representative of a number of nucleic acid repeats in the DNA may be identified based on peaks identified from the low-pass data and the band-pass data.

  • Publication number: 20070049431
Abstract: An elongated shaft has a shock-absorbing core, a fiber-reinforced durable plastic outer skin encasing the core, and an elongated stiffening member encased within the core. The elongated stiffening member may be a spar or a hollow tube. If it is a hollow tube, the tube may contain a weight that moves along the inside of the tube as the shaft is swung. The shaft also has a way to attach athletic equipment, such as a lacrosse head frame and net, to one end.

  • Publication number: 20060000315
Abstract: A tool having: (a) an inner-surface defining a hollow extending within the tool and sized to accept the stem at an end-port of the hollow and to permit a sliding of the hollow along the stem; (b) an integral handle having a grip surface around at least a portion of the hollow; and (c) at one end of the tool and located a distance, dN, from the handle, is an integral barbed-end comprising a plurality of barbs, each barb having a length of sharp edge. The length of sharp edge of a barb is disposed between a tapered surface and a blade surface oriented generally orthogonal to the inner-surface of the hollow such that the blade surface will contact the flexible packing for removal. The tool can also have an integral second barbed-end. Each of the barbs of a barbed-end can be curve-tooth shaped; or a barbed-end can have a plurality of barbs arranged such that each of the tapered surfaces is concentrically oriented along an axis of the inner-surface.
