Abstract: Systems, devices and methods for increasing the concentration level, longevity and efficiency of photovoltaic (PV) systems via optical filtering waveguides. The waveguides can transfer absorbed heat via steam (or other gasses) and water (or other liquids) for subsequent solar thermal (ST) energy conversion and provide low-loss transmission of the filtered light over a grid of PV systems. These include new balloon/bulb type collectors interfacing with the optical filtering waveguides which then mode-couple solar energy into the PVs.

A view query is constructed based, at least in part, on the request and executed on one or more denormalized summary tables to construct a view. The denormalized summary tables store selected CRF data from the normalized transactional tables and are updated concurrently with each update to the transactional tables. Abstract: A laterally displaceable guide track for a bale binding apparatus includes a carriage with a guide track portion mounted on it with a hinge. The guide track portion has an engaged position and a disengaged position. The engaged position is aligned with at least one other guide track portion to define a bale loop plane, and the disengaged position is out of the bale loop plane. The mount allows the guide track portion to be moved between the engaged position and the disengaged position. The disengaged position allows the carriage to be withdrawn from a baling station for ejection of a finished bale.
