  • Publication number: 20230133518
Abstract: A control system is provided that obtains a movement plan that includes schedules for movements of vehicle systems traveling in a network of routes. The movement plan may be generated by a network control system located off-board the vehicle systems. The control system may obtain pacing directives associated with different segment of the routes that a first vehicle system of the vehicle systems is traveling or will travel on according to the movement plan. The pacing directives may dictate upper limits and/or lower limits on movement of the first vehicle system in the different segments of the routes while the vehicle systems are traveling according to the schedules of the movement plan. The control system may control movement of the first vehicle system to meet the schedules of the movement plan while the first vehicle system moves according to the pacing directives in the corresponding different segments of the routes.

  • Publication number: 20230112868
Abstract: An electronic indicator on a see-through optical scope indicates whether an optical system is canted. The indicator may include illuminable visual indicators positioned on opposite sides of a field of view through the optical scope. The indicator may be visual, haptic, or aural. The visual indicator may include one or more LEDs positioned on the periphery of the field of view, and may be optically coupled to an appropriate position on the face of the reticle using a suitable waveguide. The LEDs are coupled to a microprocessor which is, in turn, coupled to a solid-state electronic inclinometer that is incorporated into the internal structure of the optical system. The microprocessor is configured to selectively illuminate one or more of the visual indicators based on the output of the inclinometer, thereby indicating how the reticle is canted, if at all.

  • Publication number: 20230096291
Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure are drawn to apparatuses and methods for bad row mode. The memory may prevent proper access operations (e.g., read operations) from being performed on a selected bad row of the memory as part of a bad row mode. For example, the memory may store a bad row address and when an access address matches the bad row address, may suppress one or more signals, change data read from the address, or combinations thereof. The bad row mode may be used to provide a positive control for post package repair (PPR) operations on the memory. A controller may enter the memory into bad row mode and then test the memory to determine if the selected bad row can be located and repaired via PPR.

  • Patent number: 11612168
Abstract: A drum smoking assembly is configured to utilize uniform, cyclonic circulation flow of air, heat and smoke for smoking and cooking food. The drum smoking assembly has a drum smoker that is approximately cylindrical and further comprises interior and exterior surfaces. Two side openings extend through the interior and exterior surfaces which are joined to air intakes tangentially connected to the exterior surface. A basket is arranged within the drum smoker above the first side opening and the second side opening. A twelve vane straightening perforate plate is arranged within the drum smoker above the basket. A lid is rotationally connected to the drum smoker and further comprising a chimney cap. A heat source in the basket pulls air through the first air intake and the second air intake that is then pushed through the twelve vane straightening perforate plate toward the chimney cap, creating a cyclonic air flow.

  • Patent number: 11602368
Abstract: Methods for accessing a disc space of a patient as a part of an interbody fusion, as well as the tools employed therewith. An exemplary method may include inserting a leading end of a tool into the patient's back at a location on the posterior surface that is laterally offset from a patient's spinous process and disc. The tool's initial entry into the patient may be from a posterior approach. As the tool is advanced along its designated path, it begins to deviate from the posterior approach towards a lateral approach. When the leading end reaches the disc, it may access the disc from a lateral or substantially lateral location. The tool may be used to access the disc location, to remove disc material, to deliver a cutting tool for removing the disc material, and other steps associated with the spinal interbody fusion procedure.
