    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a co-doped lithium aluminum titanium phosphate solid electrolyte material for a lithium ion battery, which is represented by formula (I): Li1+zAlz-y-xByInxTi2-z(PO4)3. Also, disclosed herein is a method for preparing a co-doped lithium aluminum titanium phosphate solid electrolyte material, which includes subjecting a first mixture to a grinding treatment, followed by calcination, so as to obtain a powder of a co-doped lithium aluminum titanium phosphate of formula (I); mixing the powder of the co-doped lithium aluminum titanium phosphate with a binder, followed by granulation, so as to obtain a second mixture; subjecting the second mixture to compression molding, so as to obtain a green compact; and subjecting the green compact to a sintering treatment, so as to obtain the co-doped lithium aluminum titanium phosphate solid electrolyte material.

    Abstract: A dielectric ceramic material composition for a capacitor, which can be particularly a multilayer ceramic capacitor manufactured by a base-metal-electrode process, is provided. The dielectric ceramic material composition includes a main component BaTiO3 and at least one sub-component Sc2O3. BaTiO3 can be modified by controlling an addition amount of Sc2O3, and during the sintering reaction process, the addition of Sc2O3 can cause BaTiO3 to form a core-shell structure, thereby inhibiting grain growth of BaTiO3 and effectively improving insulation characteristic and capacitance temperature characteristic, and the stability to DC bias electric field. In an embodiment, MgO can be appropriately added to improve the stability of the TCC curve within an interval of ?55° C. to 25° C. Therefore, the production process can be simplified and the usage amount of Sc2O3 can be reduced, thereby obtaining the dielectric ceramic material satisfying X8R characteristics regulated by EIA, at a low cost.

    Abstract: A composite dielectric ceramic material having anti-reduction and high temperature stability characteristics includes the main component of (1-x)(BaTiO3)-x(Ba2LiTa5O15) formulated in accordance with the relative molar ratio of up to 100 mole composite dielectric ceramics and a predetermined ratio of one or multiple oxide subcomponents corresponding to 100 moles of the main component. The oxide subcomponents of Li2TiO3, BaSiO3, (Ba0.6Ca0.4)SiO3 and SiO2 can be used as sintering aids to provide a sintering promotion effect. The oxide subcomponents of CaO, MnO, MgO can also be selected used to improve dielectric stability. More particularly, CaO has the advantages of improving the anti-reduction ability and increasing the coefficient of resistance. Therefore, with the adding of the oxide subcomponents and their interactions, the rate of change of the TCC curve of the composite dielectric ceramic material (1-x)(BaTiO3)-x(Ba2LiTa5O15) in the temperature range of ?55° C.˜200° C.
