Abstract: An apparatus for dispensing paper. The apparatus allows for the use of an existing wall-mounted dispenser without requiring any modification to the existing wall-mounted unit. The apparatus can also be free-standing or portable. The apparatus will accommodate rolled paper or sheets of paper.
