Abstract: Methods, devices, and systems for multi-carrier network operation are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method of performing channel scrambling in a multi-carrier network, wherein the multi-carrier network includes a first component carrier (“CC”) and a second CC between a base station and a user equipment (“UE”) comprises receiving a Cell Radio Network Temporary Identifier (“C-RNTI”) and a cell identification (“ID”) for at least one of the first CC and the second CC; and using the RNTI and the cell ID to perform scrambling of information transmitted on at least one of the first CC and the second CC.

The modular outdoor shelter system includes a first modular outdoor structure with a first plurality of corner support members disposed at respective corners of the first modular outdoor structure, a first plurality of roof beam members supported on the first plurality of corner support members, and a first roof structure supported on the first plurality of roof beam members; and a second modular outdoor structure with a second plurality of corner support members disposed at respective corners of the second modular outdoor structure, a second plurality of roof beam members supported on the second plurality of corner support members, and a second roof structure supported on the second plurality of roof beam members. The first modular outdoor structure is structurally configured to fit together with the second modular outdoor structure so as to form a single continuous outdoor structure.

The processors may also be configured to store the one or more file change events enriched with the information associated with one or more authorized file changes in a second index, and based on the enriched data stored in the second index, output an indication that the one or more file change events are false positives.

Abstract: Methods and systems described herein are directed to automatedly generating and issuing accident data gathering recommendations for a vehicle accident occurrence. In response to a recommendation system detecting an occurrence of a vehicle accident, the system can retrieve initial accident data for the occurrence. Using the initial accident data, the system can generate accident data gathering recommendations to obtain additional accident data via mapping to one or more characteristics for the vehicle accident occurrence. The recommendations, when executed, can yield additional accident data that can be compiled with the initial accident data into a vehicle accident evidence package.

Abstract: Aspects of the invention include determining a netlist for an integrated circuit design, wherein the netlist includes a design for placement of a plurality of latches, determining a set of timing paths, wherein each timing path includes a capture latch and at least one launch latch connected to a same local clock buffer controller through a local clock buffer OR circuit, calculating a slack value for each timing path, determining one or more candidate timing paths from the set of timing paths, wherein the one or more candidate timing paths have a slack value below a threshold slack value, calculating a score for each candidate timing path based on a count of a number of launch-capture latch pairs, adjusting an interconnect for a first candidate timing path based on the first candidate timing path having a highest score, and generating an updated netlist based on the adjusting the interconnect.

Abstract: A system and method for managing a parking area of a rental complex is provided. Generally, a user may use the user interface of the system to input data pertaining to individual units of a rental complex, wherein each individual unit is associated with at least one parking space of a parking area. The parking space may have a specific location within a parking area or generally refer to one parking space of a plurality of parking spaces within a parking area. Preauthorization rules of the system dictate the maximum number of parking spaces a user of the system may be allocated at a given time. Users may manipulate user interfaces of the system to generate parking passes. In some embodiments, scanning devices may be used to help monitor parking areas by scanning parking passes generated by the system.

Abstract: A computing device is disclosed that exchanges wireless communications with a wearable device and processes the communications to determine the position and direction of motion of the wearable device, and the authentication status of the wearable device. The wearable device authenticates a user and communicates with the user computing device to enable determination of its position, motion direction, and authentication status. Also disclosed are methods for user authentication and de-authentication based on user presence and absence.

The barrier door system having a frame with outer members that extend around a gap. A barrier door has a first panel and a second panel that are pivotally connected together with the barrier door pivotally connected to the frame. The barrier door is movable between a stowed position and a deployed position. The stowed position includes the first panel and the second panel folded together in an overlapping configuration and positioned in the gap in the frame and away from the opening. The deployed position includes the first panel and the second panel positioned away from the gap and extending across the opening.

Abstract: A barrier door system configured to be positioned at an opening within an interior of an aircraft. The barrier door system comprises a door that is movable between a stowed position away from the opening and a deployed position that extends across the opening. A lock is mounted to the door and configured to lock the door in the deployed position with the lock configured to be immediately movable from a locked position to an unlocked position from a forward side of the door and to delay moving from the locked position to the unlocked position from a rear side of the door.

Abstract: A wound dressing for active continuous debridement of devitalized tissues in non-healing wounds including diabetic ulcers, pressure ulcers, burn injuries and other etiologies, includes an active ingredient, such as collagenase, which serves to debride wounds in-situ. In one example, purified Collagenase (90% pure) was deposited onto several wound dressing materials. A key feature of this invention is that the activity level of the Collagenase used was substantially preserved.

In some embodiments, an apparatus includes an elongated tube and a position indicator. The elongated tube has a first end, a second end, and defines a lumen. The position indicator is coupled to the elongated tube and disposed sufficiently close to the first end such that, when the first end is properly disposed in the cavity of the patient, the position indicator is disposed in the cavity of the patient. The position indicator is configured to produce an indication perceivable outside of the patient that the position indicator is disposed in the cavity of the patient. The indication is an indication differentiable from a sound naturally generated by the cavity of the patient.

Abstract: A method for processing a control channel at a user agent (UA) to identify power control commands within a wireless communication system, the method comprising the steps of, at a user agent, monitoring for power control messages on a single carrier, decoding a message received on the single carrier to generate decoded information and using the decoded information to identify a power control command for each of at least first and second carriers.
